With the rapid growth of the national economy,the per capita income of our country's family continues to improve,each family all hope their children can enjoy more quality education,want their children to a good school and in the future a good university education resource competition from it,and some province population of our country is numerous,so the school and the school,between students,class and class,but also led to increased competition pressure of examination oriented education.With the competition there will be demand,and then there is the market,outside the tutorial agencies everywhere,the city's wind up the lesson.For high school students to enroll in extracurricular tutoring institutions make up a missed lesson is a common phenomenon,especially in the third or third year graduating class.What is more,directly to a cram schools institutions care classes,give up learning in school,"full-time" senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination sprint.With such a social phenomenon,in recent years,some provinces of China issued a notice on administrative and lighten the burden of primary and middle school students in Guiyang City,the City Board of education for in-service teachers better management and standard,issued a notice on the "three no" paid extra lessons.The researchers in the past three years has been the use of weekends and vacations in after-school tutoring institutions part-time middle school physics teacher,a profound experience of tutoring institutions in the areas of education has both advantages and disadvantages,the research significance is very obvious,it can not be a veto,nor allow it to unfettered development.In this study,the questionnaire survey,from the physics of cram schools teaching in Institutions of Guiyang city for the start,reflects the existence of outside school organization in Guiyang city and outside school organization side up for the school classroom teaching,through analysis and research to cram schools institutions in Guiyang City,causes the corresponding problem on the basis of this,then the proposed strategy to promote the harmonious development of Guiyang city middle school physics classroom teaching and after-school tutoring institutions.This paper starts from the following parts.The first part includes the topic selection,the definition of the topic,the current research results,the purpose and significance of this study,and the technical route of this study;The second part is the research on the questionnaire of physical education in Guiyang;The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the physical education teaching in the outside school of Guiyang,which reflects the main problems of the outside school and the remedial mechanism to make up for the lack of classroom teaching.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the problems caused by the current school cram school.The fifth part is the conclusion and the solution to the problem,and gives the strategies for the harmonious development of the school.The sixth part is the lack of this study and the prospect for the future.
