Due to the influence of examination system,changes in the concept of family education and the disadvantage of public school education,the development of extracurricular tutorial school is very rapid.Individualized teaching is an educational idea and thought,and it is difficult to apply the thought in the extracurricular tutorial school teaching.Based on the theoretical research,this paper combines the investigation and interview,the actual teaching case analysis.Therefore,the paper constructs a process design model for individualized teaching in extracurricular tutorial school,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference.In this study,students who took part in physical extracurricular tutoring were studied.Firstly,analyzing the literature reviews and combining with the teaching differences between public schools and tutoring schools,this paper create a process design model of personalized teaching and tutoring schools for teaching,small class teaching organization form under the specific operation model.Secondly,the paper verifies the validity of the model by study on experimental research and practice research on two kinds of organization forms in physics tutoring.Finally,students' academic record and learning level has been promoted,and the theoretic of individualized teaching has been optimized.
