Since the 20 th century,researchers have continued to study the study of math difficulties students(mathematically poor students for short),scholars have gained abundant achievements,but the characteristics of mathematically poor students in different regions and different ethnic groups are overall vary,therefore,mathematically poor students can't be treated as the same between ethnic areas and other regions.At present,related research on mathematically poor students in the ethnic minority areas is far from enough,this article tries to research on mathematically poor students in the ethnic areas of Gui Zhou province.Based on related theory and scholars,the research achievements of predecessors,this paper makes qualitative investigation and analysis on mathematically poor students in the remote ethnic minority areas in GuiZhou province,The paper adopts the method of literature,questionnaire and case study.Based on the relevant theories,the reasons for the formation of mathematically poor students were carried out in terms of intellectual and non-intellectual conditions.Through a multi-intelligence survey of students at two different levels of ethnic culture,The reason of intelligence is mainly in the logic of mathematically poor students: the logical-mathematical intelligence is worse than the mathematically gifted students,causing the difficulty of mathematics learning,and get belong to GuiZhou province but different ethnic atmosphere thick layers of two schools students,multiple intelligence distribution characteristics and different conclusions;Of non-intellectual factors and the external environment,the survey found non-intelligence reason mainly displays in mathematically poor students their learning status,family situation,part of the teachers' teaching level,etc,and mathematically gifted students condition better than mathematically poor students.Based on junior high school students' intelligent remote ethnic areas in GuiZhou province distribution survey and several trapped family environment,learning environment,their own learning attitude and other non-intelligence factors,This paper analyzes the difference between mathematically gifted students and mathematically poor students,and finds out the reason for mathematically poor students,then put forward for different types of mathematically poor students have put forward the corresponding transformation strategy,according to logical-mathematical intelligence weak type mathematically poor students set up the concept of multiple intelligences,improve teachers' teaching effectiveness,strengths and give full play to each student's intelligence strategies;In the case of non-intelligent weakly type,the main factors are the transformation from three aspects: family,students,teachers,etc.Finally,selecting typical case study,and also produced results,this shows that the results of the survey shows mathematically poor students produced basic existence,the cause of basic effective transformation strategy,students willing to accept transformation strategy,helps to mathematically poor students conversion.
