The reading of Chinese teachers in senior high school plays a positive and important role in improving the quality of teaching and promoting the professional development of teachers and students' reading interest.In recent years,the national book reading rate is not high,has aroused great attention of the country.The teacher's situation is not optimistic,at the same time,the implementation of the full time general senior middle school language teaching syllabus has put forward higher requirements for the Chinese teachers' reading.On the one hand,it is a higher requirement for our Chinese teachers,on the other hand,it is a serious shortage of teachers' reading ability,which must be paid attention to.The author in Ganzhou City high school as an example of high school language teachers to read the status of the of investigation and study,in order to be able to find high school language teachers in reading,there are problems,put forward feasible suggestions to improve the reading of Chinese teacher in senior high school.By the way of questionnaire and interview survey found that high school language teachers in reading mainly exist in the following problems: reading time,reading consciousness is not strong,reading quantity deficiency,reading programs lack,reading method is not scientific,lack of reading atmosphere,read professional is not strong,.And according to these problems,the teacher should from set up the reading consciousness,change the reading motivation,making reading plans,to optimize the reading habits and establish personalized reading structure,the use of the scientific method of reading the six aspects set out to improve their reading.School leaders to from play a leading role;optimization of the school management,teacher support reading time;establish teacher reading system of incentives to protect;guarantee funds for the books,scientific introduction books;improving the library management system;held various forms of reading activities in the six aspects for high school language teachers reading activities provide a good environment.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,discusses reasons for choosing the topic,research methods and content and research status at home and abroad;reading the first chapter discusses the high school Chinese teachers the importance and significance of;reading in the second chapter,high school language teachers present situation,existing problems and cause analysis;chapter three explore suggestions for the improvement of Chinese teacher in senior high school reading;the last part epilogue.
