In the physical education reform of new curriculum under the guidance of the depth of the middle school sports teaching requirements are increasingly high,even more.Junior high school physical education as a basic subject,not only in relation to the junior high school students' physical health,but also the relationship between the cultivation of their psychological quality and perseverance.Durability in the track and field to run the project as an important part of the junior high school sports teaching plus,800 m,1000m has become a compulsory project many local "test" and the physical education of the senior high school entrance examination,so be regarded in many schools focus on sports teaching.But because of its durable running project characteristics lead to most of the students interest in learning the endurance running is not high,the students "hate" Physical education,which leads to physical and endurance quality of students is declining.Therefore,endurance running is always a headache for teachers and students to enhance the teaching quality and effect of the effective teaching,to the teaching of the new curriculum has become a major research topic.In order to eliminate the students' psychological fear of running,rich endurance running teaching exercises,increase endurance running teaching and practice of junior high school interest,in order to improve the quality of endurance and durability will face additional sports senior high school entrance examination of students running performance,experiment teaching and practice the "Ledgear runs" into the early in the endurance running.In order to increase the endurance running interest,arouse the enthusiasm of the students to learn and practice.This article will use the literature,experiment,questionnaire,statistical analysis and other methods for writing.Based on the analysis of the following conclusions are obtained:First,the students of endurance running interest is not high,of course endurance running more disgusted.Second,In the form of practice the "Ledgear runs",it is more innovative and more rhythmic than the students.Third,"Ledgear runs" can be introduced into the curriculum teaching and exercise endurance running to enrich the endurance running exercises.Fourth,the introduction of "Ledgear runs" can stimulate students' interest inrunning,reduce or even eliminate students' fear of running psychologyFifth,Practice the "Ledgear runs" can improve the students' endurance quality,cardiopulmonary function and running performance.
