| Objective:Students are the builders of the motherland,their diathesis is directly related to the future of the motherland.Endurance is the human body to maintain sustained work or activities to protect students’ endurance,quality is directly related to the students’ learning and life.Research shows that in recent years,due to the pressure of entering a higher school,the lack of enthusiasm,social physical education of sports scores do not attach importance to environmental and social factors influence,the physical quality of middle school students especially endurance significantly decreased,so how to improve the endurance quality level of the College students,to explore a more reasonable and effective exercise method and means,guiding students of exercise science,to promote the comprehensive development of the student body,this is currently one of the problems which need to be solved urgently in the Middle School of our country colleges and universities sports scientific research.Methods:The understanding of literature at home and abroad about the students’ endurance quality research status in summary based on the experience of previous studies and the lack of proposed the innovation point of this paper is the successful completion of the paper provide theoretical support.1000 metres(44 through random selection of Cangzhou City,the eighth middle school class 97(male 53,female students as the research object,and divided into four groups were compared,the experimental class male(28)and control group(male 25),the experimental class female(20),control group(24 patients),the experimental class students "Leger run" teaching,while the control class students of conventional teaching,the students body shape,vital capacity,"t" run,step test,run boys and girls 800 meters),tablet support and participate in physical education enthusiasm 6 projects as a comparison index,strictly control the experiment process and data collection,through the statistical software for the analysis.Results:The two kind of teaching form has a positive effect on improving students’ capacity performance,increase to a certain extent(t = P<0.05);and group comparison results there is no significant difference between students’ capacity;the four groups of students "T" run after the experiment results have a certain growth than before the experiment(t = boys and girls,P<0.05),each group also showed that,the increase is greater than the boys and girls,the difference between the two groups of students on the teaching form of "T" type running performance significantly,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group;two kinds of teaching forms to improve students’ endurance running performance has improved to a certain extent(P<0.05),the experimental group improved significantly better than the control group,the difference in performance of two kinds of teaching methods to students between the groups have significant stamina in the long-distance running,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group;real A posteriori,four groups of students step experiment results will have a certain growth than before the experiment,the experimental group to enhance the range to was significantly better than the control group;after the experiment,four groups of students were flat support the results will have a certain growth than before the experiment,the data were compared between the two groups: experimental group to enhance the magnitude of to is obviously superior to the control group;through the questionnaire found for this Lai Ghale runs the teaching of participation was obviously higher than that of conventional teaching form,the survey results show that both of them have the significant difference.Conclusions:Two teaching methods on students’ capacity increase has a positive impact,but the difference is not significant;Lai Ghale runs teaching and conventional teaching method has certain advantages to improve the quality of the student movement,which ran the marathon,"t" and "steps" experiment,tablet support difference significantly."Leger ran" teaching method can stimulate the students’ interest,enrich the teaching content,students love,improve the enthusiasm of students in physical education curriculum. |
