With the rapid development of sports medicine and health medicine,the physical fitness elements have attracted extensive attention and have gradually become a popular research direction.The research can not only assess sports risks and reduce sports injuries,but also combine targeted and fragmentation exercise,to achieve a scientific and efficient training.Endurance running is a key project for the assessment of physical fitness for middle school students.However,it has the disadvantages in extensive training methods and low efficiency.Therefore,constructing the physical fitness index system of endurance running projects has scientific and social value for the improvement of the endurance running of middle school students.In order to improve the performance of middle school students'endurance running project,this paper develops the physical fitness factor index measurement system,based on the physical fitness index system for endurance running,and carries out the index parameter collection work to optimize the index system.The optimized index system is used to construct the endurance running performance prediction model,which will be verified by relevant experiments.The system has certain guiding significance for the improvement of endurance running.The main research contents include the following aspects:1.Firstly,We investigated the development,the contents and the evaluation methods of the existing physical energy element theory.Secondly,we analyzed the shortcomings of the current endurance running training and the existing physical fitness test indicators of endurance running.Finally,we studied the existing fitness test indicators and their measurement methods,and constructed a core fitness factor index system to measure the level of endurance running.2.We built a quantitative measurement system for the fitness factor indicators of middle school students' endurance running projects.After that,we developed a data acquisition program,completed the system hardware design and software programming.Besides,we designed algorithms to achieve human body posture detection and physical fitness factor test parameters determination.3.We selected 50 volunteers to conduct a system reliability verification experiment.Comparing the data obtained by the tester with the system with the standard equipment data,both of them have high correlation and good consistency in all projects,which verifies the reliability of the measurement system.4.We carried out the optimization experiment of the index system and built the predictive model of the endurance running project index.112 students of middle school were selected as experimental samples.The physical fitness index measurement system was used to collect relevant index data,and the endurance running results were graded.We constructed the middle and endurance running grade prediction model.The correct prediction rate of the model was 79.2%.It is verified that the indicator system has certain reasonable.The innovations of this paper are as follows:1.This paper aims at the endurance running assessment project of middle school students,based on the core fitness elements.We construct a test index system and a scientific,objective and low sports risk test model;2.We designed a gamificated training,based on somatosensory,with the principle of core fitness elements.We provide a high-efficiency,interesting and easy-to-implement fragmentation training method and related equipment for the endurance running of middle school students.
