Merging Ethnic Schools as a form of education of ethnic education,optimize educational resources,to promote cooperative learning teachers of all nationalities,an effective way of cooperation and preparation as teachers' cooperative learning,and constantly promote the professional development of teachers.At present,for the environment of Xinjiang,the relevant policy of bilingual education for ethnic Chinese School Teachers' cooperation preparation provides policy support,the people of Urumqi Chinese school cooperative preparing also has become a major part of teachers in primary and middle schools,this is the development of bilingual education in the new era,we also need to pay attention to the problem.The teachers' cooperative learning theory to guide the research cooperation in the preparation of relevant research lesson analysis on the basis of Xinjiang Urumqi public one school for the Han teachers questionnaire,observation and interview research group in-depth understanding of the basic situation,Merging Ethnic Schools cooperation content,lesson preparation methods,achievements,management the lesson has become the teaching of Merging Ethnic Schools most often cooperate,frequency and time of cooperative preparing activities is relatively stable,indicating that cooperation preparation has become a normalization of the Merging Ethnic Schools.However,the value of teachers' cooperative learning in cooperative lesson preparation is more general.According to the five dimensions of teachers' Cooperative Learning: interdependence,personal responsibility,team cooperation and reflection,social skills literacy,motivation analysis of the status quo,found problems in cooperative preparing: homogeneous teachers a high degree of interdependence,interdependence,low degree of heterogeneity of teachers;personal responsibility in the imbalance between teachers;social strong skills,cooperative quality weak;reflection results,reflecting less;school management is not conducive to the formation of motivation.In order to make the preparation of the cooperative play its due value of teachers' growth,we should make great efforts to reform the existing cooperation.Therefore,combining with the present situation analysis,put forward cooperative preparing: common goals and cultivate positive interdependence;rational allocation of tasks,clear personal responsibility;the construction of teachers' culture of cooperation,improve cooperation quality;pay attention to the process,lessons and combining reflection;win-win management idea based on stimulating teachers' motivation.
