In order to enhance the quality of the Xinjiang education for National minority, Xinjiang has implemented the bilingual education since 1992, and so far the majority areas nearly have had their bilingual education experimental classes. However, many years'bilingual experiment actually has not made great achievement. As for those national minority schools that do not have strength and ability to implement bilingual education, how do they promote teachers' and students' Chinese level and enhance the education quality? Implementing the unitary education for nationalities in the unitary national minority school, or, even if we carry out the bilingual education, there is also limitation to the improvement of student's Chinese level and overall teaching proficiency of the school. Many people have neglected that fact that we have the environment to study Chinese. How can we make use of this favourable condition? The Merging ethnic schools with Chinese schools may serve as the first step to take solve this problem.With a title of" A Study on the Merging Ethnic Schools with Chinese Schools——Take Mi Quan No. 1 Senior High School as an Example", through a questionnaire survey to the students, the teachers, as well as superintendents, and the interviews with Chinese Nationality teachers, students, and superintendents, I understand comprehensively the attitude of the parents, the students, the teachers and the school superintendents towards the Merging ethnic schools with Chinese schools pointed out that the reason why the school has not implemented the bilingual education, and the school's exiting problems, and proposes the countermeasure suggestion to solve exiting prolems in practice from the Trans-Culture education's angle in order to provide some references and inspirations to the development of Xin Jiang national minority education.
