Research On The Evaluation System Of Guangzhou Comprehensive Family Service Project

Family comprehensive service center project is made up of social work institutions undertaking for the community to provide professional,comprehensive,high quality of community service projects.To harness can standardize the project a professional assessment work of the project operation management,improve project efficiency.Although social work institutions in Guangzhou city development in the country has achieved remarkable results,but in terms of evaluation of service obviously lag behind the development speed.The evaluation index system in Family comprehensive service project is gradually moving towards a unified pattern in 2015,which did not have a unified evaluation criteria,evaluation standard,unified process nor unified evaluation time all over the past three years.Also,as a result of the disunity assessment,the assessment was always controversial in professionalism and reliability,and failed to give society a satisfactory explanation,and as well as the Government.Therefore,with the introduction of new comprehensive evaluation index system,the industry also has high hopes for it,they believe that assessment is the professional judgment of social work services standard and profession,which can also promote the growth of social workers,industry development,and improve service quality.Therefore,this research aims to study on new comprehensive evaluation index system for improving non-governmental social work development and lay the appropriate theoretical and empirical basis on research on the evaluation system in the future,promotes the development of social work agencies.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,this paper expounds the concepts and theories related to the comprehensive evaluation system,and analyzes the framework and development of the evaluation index system of Guangzhou Family comprehensive service center project.However,the research based on multidisciplinary can provide a more comprehensive,more comprehensive research perspective,and make it easier to make breakthrough progress.In this paper,the theory of management CIPP will be introduced.From the four aspects of the background assessment,input evaluation,process evaluation and outcome evaluation,this paper analyzes the evaluation index system of the Family comprehensive service project,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the existing deficiencies.Through the study,we find that the new evaluation index system includes four parts: the background assessment,the input evaluation,the process evaluation and the achievement evaluation,but some indicators are missing in the evaluation index.Based on the CIPP theoretical analysis,it adds some indicators which is lack from the four plates.And finally it comes out a set of 8 first level indexes,50 two level indexes,122 three level indexes evaluation index system based on its original form.This research attempts to fully explore the evaluation index system of the Family comprehensive service project on the basis of the original research.Aims to improve the Guangzhou evaluation index system of the Family comprehensive service project,as well as improving the evaluation system of social work institutions in China.
