The freedom of teachers' classroom teaching is a hot topic in education teaching in recent years,which is also a practical problem faced by educational researchers and front-line teachers.Especially,the appropriateness of the limits of teachers' classroom teaching freedom is both the theoretical research and the problems that need to be solved in practice.Classroom teaching is an important part of teacher teaching activities.It is the most effective activity for students' socialization and individualization,growth and talent development.It is the basic way to develop and cultivate students' healthy personality.The teacher is the instructor of classroom teaching,and control the right of choosing the teaching content,teaching language and teaching behavior,and teachers consciously plan to students to export cultural values and form.For a long time,teaching freedom is teachers' ideal pursuit of classroom teaching.However,the teacher's teaching freedom is a double-edged sword: on the one hand,it provides the possibility for the teacher's classroom teaching creativity,makes the teaching activity coruscate classroom vitality,promotes teacher's professional development and the promotion of the teaching realm,also has a significant impact on the healthy development of students' personality.On the other hand,the excessive abuse of teaching freedom in the classroom will bring the subtle harm to the students' spiritual character and deviate from the essence of education.To this end,this study describes the origin of the study,the research situation at home and abroad,as well as research methods and other related circumstances in the introduction part.The first chapter is the value analysis of teachers' classroom teaching freedom.This chapter expounds the necessity of the existence of the free teaching of teachers in the three aspects of teaching creation,classroom vitality and teaching beauty,which is the important value of teachers' teaching practice.The second chapter is the connotation,characteristics and types of teachers' teaching freedom.This paper discusses the connotation of freedom and the concept of teaching freedom of teachers,the characteristics of teachers' teaching freedom and the types of teachers' teaching freedom.It points out that teachers' freedom of teaching is a kind of spiritual will,which is a realm of teacher's professional development.Teachers' teaching freedom has the characteristics of relative,cultural,autonomous,creative,artistic,appropriate and so on.The third chapter is the realistic examination of the misunderstanding of teachers' teaching freedom.Teachers' classroom teaching is oriented to growing students,future education,and social.Therefore,the teacher's classroom teaching freedom can not become the excuse for the teachers to indulge themselves,expand their selfish desires and power,which is the potential impact on the healthy development of students' physical and mental health.Through the perspective of teachers' teaching freedom in the actual teaching activities,and examined the the teacher's teaching freedom in the classroom: In the specific teaching practice,teachers' utilitarianism of teaching freedom and its abandonment of teaching responsibility,the freedom of teaching and freedom of speech confused,excessive teaching and teaching discourse violence.Teachers' misunderstanding of teaching freedom leads to the value of teaching freedom into crisis.Reaffirming the responsibility of teachers' teaching and educating people and their rational guiding role in the process of teaching,and clarifying the correct role of teaching freedom value orientation to enhance teachers' professional development and promote students' healthy growth.Finally,on the basis of discussing the realistic misunderstanding of teachers 'teaching freedom,this study draws out the limits of teachers' classroom teaching freedom in the fourth chapter.National and social advocate and give teachers' classroom teaching freedom in order to cultivate talents with social responsibility,social practical ability and innovative spirit to meet the needs of modern society.It provides teachers with more space of creative teaching behavior,and promote teachers' professional development and teaching realm.But classroom teaching is a kind of activity in which teachers have a certain subjective understanding.Therefore,the teacher's teaching freedom is not absolute freedom,but limited freedom.Teachers' teaching freedom from the perfect state to the practical form requires teachers to adhere to the limits of teaching freedom: teachers' teaching freedom should adhere to the national laws and regulations and education system for the scope;Should be subject to the purpose of school teaching constraints;Should be adhered to by teachers teaching rational constraints;Should adhere to the norms of teachers' teaching responsibilities.The conclusion part briefly summarizes the legitimacy and appropriateness of teachers' classroom teaching freedom.It is necessary to let the teacher's classroom teaching freedom to maintain a certain tension,but also to protect the healthy growth of students rights.Although the teacher's classroom teaching freedom is also facing difficulties in practice,we firmly believe that
