The theory of constructivism was followed with interest since ti was proposed.The Curriculum Revolution which is under the guidance of constructivism bring opportunities and challenges for mathematics learning.Some studies have shown that the constructivist learning environment have significant impact on the development of students' cognition and affection.The present research focuses on the middle school students' perceptions of constructivist mathematics learning environments with relation to their mathematics attitudes and mathematics learning engagement.The main research questions are as follows:the existing circumstance of students' perceptions of constructivist mathematics learning environments,mathematics attitudes and mathematics leaning engagements.The relation among middle school students' perceptions of constructivist mathematics learning environments,mathematics attitudes and mathematics learning engagement(including each of two and the relation of three).The comprehensive methods were employed in the present study,such as document analysis method,survey method and method of statistical analysis.Firstly,arrange pertinent literature to shape the initial questionnaires of the Constructivist Mathematics Learning Environments(CMLE),the Mathematics Attitudes(MA)and the Mathematics Learning Engagement(MLE).Then,investigate 1162 participants who were chosen from the middle school of Henan,Yunan and Chongqing province.Last,do descriptive statistics,difference analysis,correlation analysis and path analysis with the data.The main findings of this study shown that:1)students' perception of constructivistmathematics learning environments is not so positive;mathematics attitudes of middle school students is better and students' mathematics learning engagements is at the upper level.2)the relation of constructivist mathematics learning environment,mathematics attitudes and mathematics learning engagements is significant.3)the constructivist mathematics learning environments will have influence on students' learning engagement by affecting their mathematics attitudes.According to the results above,this study can help to overall realize the present situation of mathematics curriculum revolution and the impact of mathematics learning enviroments on students' learning theoretically.In addition,For the as pect of practice,the present study can make more further efforts to evaluate the effect of curriculum revolution.So,it can provide theoretical support for curriculum reform of our country and it is also helpful to improve the teaching of teachers.
