Objective:The study of different gender 35 to 59 persons in irregular movement in the next 10 years absolute risk of ischemic cardiovascular events(ICVD)assessment,analysis of different gender on 35 to 39,40 to 44,45 to 49,50 to 54,55 to 59 years old persons in five different age groups in the next 10 years ICVD absolute risk degree and the correlation,the influence of various risk factors,especially the gender factors and people aged 35 to 59 in the next 10 years of ICVD absolute risk related degree,provide the basis for early prevention and treatment,to reduce morbidity and mortality of ischemic cardiovascular events has a realistic significance.Methods:Random selection of Xi'an 373 different gender sports population as the research object,the male subjects,160,213 female subjects.The national "fifteen"research group developed by "Chinese ten years of ischemic cardiovascular disease incidence risk assessment methods" of physical examination of the proceeds of the blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose,body mass index,evaluating and analyzing risk factors such as risk factors to the men and women do independent sample t-test,and various risk factors as the independent variable,absolute risk as the dependent variable and linear correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis respectively.Results:(1)The epidemiological situation:the average level of risk factors in male and female were:age(46.88±7.31?46.42±7.10);BMI(25.14±3.12 Kg/m2?23.71 ±3.55 Kg/m2);SBP(119.79± 13.38 mmHg?109.93±14.22 mmHg);DBP(79.89±9.36mmHg?71.30±9.24mmHg);waist circumference(89.18±9.57cm?83.01 ±8.70 cm);hip(95.02±5.92cm?94.13±6.16cm);FBG(4.61±1.42mmol/L?4.53±1.53mmol/L);TG(1.82±1.12mmol/L?1.27±0.79 nmol/L);HDL-C(1.25±0.31mmol/L?1.48±0.35mmol/L);LDL-C(3.01 ±0.779mmol/L?2.94±0.77 mmol/L);TC(4.66±0.82mmol/L?4.64±0.83 mmol/L).The risk factors and the percentage of abnormal index:SBP?130mmHg(male and female are 29.38%and 14.55%);DBP>85mmHg(male and female are 33.53%and 8.45%);FBG?7.0mmol/L(male and female are 4.38%and 3.29%);TG?1.7mmol/L(male and female are 46.75%and 15.49%);HDL-C<1.04mmol/L(male and female are 25.63%and 9.39%);LDL-C?3.37mmol/L(male and female are 30.00%and 27.23%);TC?5.18mmol/L(male and female are 25.00%and 24.41%);BMI?25(male and female are 49.38%and 28.64%);the percentage of smokers(male and female are 62.50%and 8.45%).(2)All ages(35 to 39 year of age,40 to 44 year of age,45 to 49 year of age,50 to 54 year of age,55 to 59 year of age)people in ICVD absolute risk is respectively:male(0.99,1.34,2.60,2.94,4.03),in which of men 45 to 49 year of age and 50 to 54 year of age and 55 to 59 year of age absolute risk is higher than the Chinese average risk;Women(0.19,0.35,0.58,1.30,2.36),including 50 to 54 year of age and 55 to 59 year of age absolute risk is higher than the reference standard.In addition to the ages of 55 to 59 year of age 10 years ICVD absolute risk different gender had significant difference(P<0.05),the rest all ages different gender comparison were very significant differences(P<0.01).(3)Percentage of the absolute risk of ICVD in male without irregular movement:the risk<5%to 88.90%;5%?the risk<10%of 10.10%;10%<the risk<20%of 0.60%;the risk more than 20%of 0.6%.Female irregular movement of the crowd ICVD absolute risk ratio than the detection of the situation:the risk of<5%to 98.6%,5%?the risk<10%of 0.5%;10%<the risk<20%of 0.9%.(4)There were significant correlations between the risk factors and the absolute risk of ICVD in the next 10 years in the 35 to 59 year of age.The correlation coefficient ? and P were as follows:Male population:35 to 39 year of age(blood pressure:?=0.331,P=0.000;smoking:?= 0.297,P= 0.000;blood lipids:?=0.289,P =0.045);40 to 44 year of age(blood pressure:?= 0.425,P=0.000;BMI:?=0.315,P=0.000;smoking:?=0.309,P=0.000);45 to 49 year of age(blood pressure:?=1.463,P=0.000);50 to 54 year of age(blood glucose:?=1.179,P=0.043;blood lipids:?=0.844,P=0.039,blood pressure:?=0.782,P=0.000;Smoking:?=0.745,P=0.000;BMI:?=0.726,P=0.009);55 to 59 year of age(blood glucose:?=1.903,P=0.000;BMI:?=1.058,P=0.000;blood pressure:?=1.050,P=0.000;Smoking:?=1.010,P=0.005;Blood lipids:?=0.929,P=0.008).Female population:35 to 39 year of age(blood pressure:?= 0.167,P=0.000);40 to 44 year of age(blood pressure:?=0.338,P=0.000);45 to 49 year of age(blood lipids:?=0.299,P=0.005;blood pressure:?=0.289,P=0.000);50 to 54 year of age(smoking:?=0.982,P=0.001;blood glucose:?=0.769,P=0.000;blood pressure:?=0.528,P=0.000;blood lipids:?=0.453,P = 0.008);55 to 59 year of age(smoking:?=2.343,P=0.000,blood glucose:?=1.918,P=0.000;blood lipids:?=0.867,P=0.042;blood pressure:?= 0.864,P=0.000).(5)On the whole,the risk factors of different sex irregular movement people were related to the risk of ICVD in 10 years from high to low:Male(blood glucose:?=2.046,P=0.001;blood pressure:?=0.943,P=0.000;Age:?=0.664,P=0.000;smoking:?=0.663,P=0.000);Female(blood glucose:?=1.496,P=0.000;Smoking:?=1.432,P=0.O00;blood lipids:?=0.506,P=0.000;blood pressure:?=0.462,P=0.000;BMI:?=0.279,P=0.000;Age:?=0.227,P=0.000).Conclusion:(1)In terms of sex,The risk factors associated with the absolute risk ofICVD in 10 years were followed by high to low:Male(blood glucose,blood pressure,age,smoking);female(blood glucose,smoking,blood lipids,blood pressure,BMI,age).(2)In addition to BMI,Waist circumference,Hip circumference,Waist-to-Hip ratio and male TG were higher than normal range,the risk factors such as blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid were all within the normal range.(3)With age,the average level of ICVD absolute risk in the next 10 years in different sexes is on the rise.The absolute risk of ICVD in the 45 to 49 year of age,50 to 54 year of age and35 to 39 age group peoples of the male irregular movement people was higher than the average risk of Chinese people in the next 10 years.Female irregular movement peoplein the 50 to 54 year of age and 55 to 59 year of age peoples in the next ten years the absolute risk of ICVD were higher than the average national risk.(4)Male of irregular movement peoples in the next 10 years the absolute risk of ICVD were greater than female,that the risk of sufferd cardiovascular disease in males over the next 10 years is higher than females.(5)At age stratification perspective,each risk factor with 10 years of ICVD absolute risk the degree of correlation is followed by high to low:35 to 39 year of age:male for blood pressure,smoking,blood lipids;female for blood pressure;40 to 44 year of age:male for blood pressure,BMI,smoking;female for blood pressure;45 to 49 year of age:male for blood pressure,female for blood lipids,blood pressure;50 to 54 year of age:male for blood glucose,blood lipids,blood pressure,smoking,BMI,female for smoking,blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipids;55 to 59 year of age:male for blood glucose,BMI,blood pressure,smoking,blood lipids,female for smoking,blood glucose,blood lipids,blood pressure.It can be speculated that blood pressure,blood glucose,smoking can be used as a major indicator of cardiovascular events,but also as an independent risk factor for cardiovascular events.
