Purpose: Taekwondo dance is the basic technology of maternal taekwondo as a basis,the combination of music,dance and learn from other elements,its motion in the form of a strong sense of rhythm.It requires more freedom of performance,no age and body shape,no court,time limit,etc.At present our country has only a few Taekwondo clubs taekwondo dance teaching,its purpose is to participate in taekwondo dance competition,not for Taekwondo Teaching;there exist prejudice of the taekwondo dance teaching some school Taekwondo teachers think taekwondo dance teaching is not conducive to the teaching of Taekwondo.In general,the school for use in Taekwondo Taekwondo Dance teaching,the research of the new teaching methods,design and application is still not in place.In addition,with China's taekwondo dance teaching method of conventional teaching mode Taekwondo varied greatly.Therefore,combined with the status of teaching,according to the characteristics of students in different grades,design a taekwondo dance routine in line with the characteristics of domestic students and use in Taekwondo Teaching is very necessary.Method: This study through the literature data method,interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,access to a lot of literature and watch many video data on Taekwondo Dance and related content has made profound analysis,and according to the content of the course of junior high school Taekwondo,Taekwondo Teaching and learning methods,combined with the characteristics of taekwondo dance design principles and processes,creating a set of Taekwondo Dance routines,and used in the 12-13 years old young students Taekwondo Teaching,in contrast to the traditional teaching.Result:(1)After 9 weeks of training,the experimental group students standing long jump average score is 176.3 cm,after the experiment,the control group students standing long jump average score is 174.8 cm,experimental results than the control group more than 1.5 cm,P values less than 0.050 were significantly different;the experimental group students body antexion average score is 14.83 cm after the experiment,the students in the control group the average score is 14.77 cm.The experimental results compared with the control group more than 0.06 cm,the P value is greater than 0.050.No significant difference in the experimental group students ran 50 meters average score is 8.57 seconds,after the experiment control Group of students average score is 8.54 seconds,experimental results faster than control group for 0.03 seconds,the P value is greater than 0.050.No significant difference in the experimental group students 800 meters average score is 4 '02 ",after the experiment to the students in the control group the average score is 4' 14",experimental results faster than control group 12 in four seconds.The project has two projects is a larger gap,standing long jump and 800 meters,sit and reach and the 50 meter race difference,overall performance of the experimental group were better than the control group.(2)Through the contrast of the conventional teaching,the experimental group Poomsae final exam 9.5 points,9.2 points in the control group,after T test show that the P value is less than 0.050,the experimental group had significant difference with the control group during the period of Poomsae examination results.And after the experiment of combat lottery game,the final win,the experimental group accounted for 11,control group 9,the experimental group than the control group,the game wins 2 games.(3)After 9 weeks of classes,students of Taekwondo Teaching also have their own views,based on Taekwondo Dance Teaching of the experimental class satisfaction survey Taekwondo Dance Teaching by the students,and be accepted by students.Conclusions: 1.Will be applied to the youth Taekwondo Dance in the classroom,students' physical quality,sports skills,test scores and satisfaction are significantly higher than that of the traditional classroom teaching taekwondo.2.Taekwondo dance teaching can help students to learn taekwondo;taekwondo dance with the traditional teaching of taekwondo,taekwondo can improve the effect of classroom teaching.3.Taekwondo dance has a strong sense of rhythm and interest,to attract young people to the attention of students,improve their students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,students love and recognition.
