| Taekwondo dance is a new form of Taekwondo fitness program,which was developed in Korea in 2010 and widely welcomed by people.South Korea has integrated dance elements into Taekwondo quality and competitive movements,forming a new form,which makes people shine at the moment.The novelty brought by it has aroused widespread concern,and the development system is relatively mature and complete.Since the introduction of Taekwondo into China in 2013,the development situation has been slow,and Taekwondo is relatively immature and incomplete.Taekwondo events are rare in mass Taekwondo competitions.Because of the deficiency of single content form,with the passage of time,Taekwondo dance also needs a new creative form to promote and popularize.Taekwondo dance movements are mostly based on fixed quality and form directly with single music,but lack of diversified changes in reality,boring music coordination and lack of innovation in movements.This paper mainly discusses the creation methods of aerobics and Taekwondo Dance.Taking the creation of Taekwondo Dance as a breakthrough point,using the research methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes twenty students from Taekwondo Dance Team of Xi ’an Feixiang Taekwondo Training Center in Lianhu District of Xi ’an as experimental objects for 12 weeks of experimental teaching,mainly from the creation methods,elements and creation of aerobics After the experiment,five national referees of Taekwondo were selected to score the Taekwondo dance before and after the compilation,and the questionnaires about the related problems of Taekwondo dance after the compilation were analyzed by the referees and students participating in the experiment,and the following conclusions and suggestions were obtained:Conclusion:1.Taekwondo is well integrated with Taekwondo’s quality and competitive technical movements with the help of the creative method of aerobic aerobics,which can improve the consistency of basic movements,the coordination between movements and music,the neatness and unity of movements,the musical effect and originality.2.Music elements,action elements,props elements,space elements and other creative elements in aerobics can be used for reference in the creation of Taekwondo dance,and creative methods such as the general conception method and the sectional combination creation method of aerobics can be used in the creation of Taekwondo dance.3.The application research of aerobics creative method in Taekwondo has been recognized by Taekwondo experts and aerobics experts,which can play a certain auxiliary role in the promotion of Taekwondo,and can also make the public know more about Taekwondo and participate in Taekwondo,which has a certain promotion effect on Taekwondo and Taekwondo.4.Experts believe that Taekwondo technical style should be kept as much as possible in Taekwondo dance,and the foundation of Taekwondo movement and skills should be strengthened.Stories can be added.Through the combination of movements and music,the core ideas and theme concepts of Taekwondo dance can be reflected,so that different people can have a very intuitive concept of Taekwondo dance,and at the same time,through the organic combination of dance and Taekwondo movement,better results can be produced.Suggestion: 1.The creation of Taekwondo Dance should be changed according to different situations,groups and styles.2.In the process of creating Taekwondo Dance,we can learn from and integrate other dance types to create various new dance steps,and cooperate with different types of music to make Taekwondo Dance more novel and perfect,and diversified Taekwondo Dance will be more popular.3.The movements in Taekwondo dance are mainly fixed-quality movements,and seldom cooperate with other types of music and lack of movement innovation.The performance techniques of Taekwondo dance can be combined with various types of music to achieve the integration with other music.4.It is suggested that Taekwondo dance should be added in mass Taekwondo competitions at all levels,so that Taekwondo dance can play an applied role in the development of Taekwondo and improve the mass Taekwondo competition system. |
