Study On The Influencing Factors And Their Correlation Of Commercial Tennis Clubs In Xi'an

Tennis is one of the most professional and most influential sports in the world.With the progress of Chinese tennis players in the world,tennis has received more andmore attention in China and the influence gradually increased,lots of tennis clubs have emerged.Due management and other factors,most of the tennis club's business is not satisfactory.This article chooses Xi'an tennis club as the research object and theactors which affect the operation and development of the tennis club as the research content,focusing on the relationship between the different factors and the relationship between the relationship between the relationship that in order to promote the promotion of tennis in the country,the popularity of tennis and the healthy development of the club.In this paper,the expert survey method and the gray relationalanalysis methodare used to identify the four aspects of the club's ownhardware and software facilitiesand regional location,the managementof the tennis club and the management andmanagement,the participantsof the tennis and the social environment and the public.11 factors thathave an important impact on the operation and development of tennisclubs,which is the level of economic income of the participants,the level ofregionaleconomic and social development,the level and position of thehardware and software facilities of the club,the operation and marketingmode of the manager,the degree of socialization of the tennis,the degreeof market standardization and the level of government supervision,themanagement team and the manager's quality,Club promotion,coach qualityand ability,supporting facilities,the club reputation and visibility.The relationship between the different factors is studied by using the fuzzy decision laboratory method.1)Through the study found that the level of economic income of tennis players,club promotion,the club hardware and software facilities and location,market standardization and government supervision level,the quality of the coach and the ability of the five factors and other factors between the highest degree of correlation.2)The level of economic income of tennis players,the level of regional economic and social development,the level and location of club hardware and software facilities,the operation and marketing mode of managers,the socialization of tennis are the factors of other factors.3)The level of economic income of club members,the level of regional economic and social development,the hardware and software of the club,the quality and ability of the coach are the primary factor in the development of the club.4)Increasing the government's level of institutional construction and supervision of the tennis market is also an important way to improve the operation of the club.
