In recent years,along with the master graduate student education scale expanding,the situation of master graduate student employment is going to be seriously,and the problem of master graduate students' career decision-making has got more and more attention.Career decision-making difficulty is when someone making career choices,she or he don't know engaging in what kind of career or have difficulty in choosing one from a few kinds of careers,and career decision-making difficulty is on of the important research contents in occupational psychology,and it has important influence on career development of postgraduates.We chose 963 postgraduates as the research subjects,used Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire,Parental Bonding Instrument,General Self-Efficacy Scale and self-esteem scale to investigate the characteristics of postgraduates' career decision-making difficulties in the aspects of grade,major field of study,native place and having workexperience or not,and analyzed the parental bonding instrument,general self-efficacy and self-esteem on postgraduates' career decision-making difficulties.Besides,according to the results of Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire and the principle of voluntary,we selected 24 subjects who had career decision-making difficulties,and selected 12 of them into experimental group,other 12 into the control group.And then we used group guidance to intervene the experimental group to evaluate the effect.And the results are as follows:(1)Postgraduates' career decision making difficulties are in the middle level.(2)Postgraduates' career decision making difficulties have significant differences on grade,native place,having working experiences or not and difference on major fields of study.(3)Postgraduates' career decision making difficulties have significant correlations with parental bonding instrument,general self-efficacy and self-esteem.(4)parental bonding instrument,general self-efficacy and self-esteem have significant prediction to postgraduates' career decision making difficulties.(5)Group guidance has significant effect on intervening postgraduates' career decision making difficulties.
