Research method is to use factor analysis to extract the most relevant factors, and then use the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (short for FAHP) to construct an evaluation model which can make full use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Also be able to reduce the deviation due to the caused by subjective factors.Firstly, initially identified the basic framework, feasible and effective evaluation factors of the questionnaire by various method like the literature, open-ended questionnaire and frequency of statistical to integrate related items, and did the forecast survey, then extracted15items that lead to their career decision-making difficulty with the help of formal questionnaire and SPSS software. They were classified and named by five factors:the lack of psychological preparation, lack of information, inconsistent conflict, emotional discomfort.
