Research On Flexible Management Of Postdoctoral Workstation In Jinjiang City Fujian Province

As the pioneer of the high level youth talents group,post-doctors are regarded to be the most active and innovative group.Jinjiang postdoctoral workstation is the first national station built in the county-level economy and its research field covers many leading subjects.Jinjiang Postdoctoral Workstation keeps steady development accompanied by rising quality and expanding size,which breeds and reserves large quantities of outstanding high level talents.However,after rapid development in the past 30 years,Jinjiang's industry has now entered the crucial transformation and upgrading period,managerial problems of the workstation gradually arise,such as limited source of talents;unbalanced introduction of managerial talents and technicians;unsatisfactory contribution of some talents and preference for not staying in Jinjiang to work and innovate.So it is imperative to seek more effective measures from a new managerial perspective to figure out these urgent problems.Through policy research,data collecting and contrastive analysis,this article is formed on the basis of reading documents and field researches to achieve further improvement and innovation of Jinjiang Postdoctoral Management Mechanism,which contributes to introducing and retaining postdoctoral talents Jinjiang needs.First,the article indicates general management situation of Jinjiang Postdoctoral Workstation.Second,it analyzes existing management problems and causes during the periods of postdoctorals' entering station,under-cultivating and out-of-station.Third,it puts forward flexible management to solve existing problems.The strategy,starting with the theory of flexible management,attempts to improve flexible management system and brings forth new methods,which will reveal practical significance not only on construction of high-level talents in this region,but on the sustainably economic and social development in Jinjiang.
