Higher education is an important way,which is cultivating advanced and specialized talents and developing scientific and technological culture.Micro-lessons became a major power source to pushing for change of traditional classroom for colleges gradually,with the continuous development of network technology and communication technology,especially intelligent mobile phones and tablet PCs becoming more and more pervasive.However,most of teachers in higher education cast a suspicion on extension of micro-lesson in college,due to the deficiency for the research of micro-lessons' efficiency.As a result,the micro-lesson'application in primary and secondary is much more universal than in colleges and universities.Therefore,we have to carry out the related research for the effectiveness of micro –lesson in colleges urgently.The article uses there kinds of research methods such as literatural research,questionnairy survey method,and interview's method,meanwhile,I also regard these students in Hunan University of Science and Technology as the research object,,whose major is education in teaching primary school,and taking the course named the school's management as an example for the empirical study.The main ideas and conclusions in this research are as follows:Firstly,the utility hypothesis for micro-lessons was proposed.Micro-lessons can stimulate students' desire to explore,to improve learners' learning autonomy and effectiveness based on the motivation,autonomous,effective learning's theory.Secondly,the author by herself designed three micro-lessons' s cases,taking the course named the school's management as an example.Meanwhile,the applied strategies was put forward in details from the perspective of before class and teaching class.Thirdly,the writer also carried out an empirical research.The teaching effect of micro-lessons in the highter education was verified from motivation,effectiveness and autonomy.Lastly,the author summarizes the related research and reflects issues existing in this thesis.In addition,the writer also points out the innovation and the future of this research.
