With the development of the Internet and the less cost of mobile communication technology,mobile Internet is widely used by a variety of Internet users.Network media platforms also innovate constantly.A variety of convenient and efficient network platforms,which help carry out activities in study,life,work,have become an important part of the modern life.Micro culture such as WeChat,micro-blog,micro video,micro news,micro live,micro public welfare is gradually influencing and changing people's way of life.Young students are the main users of mobile Internet.The micro culture also influence the young students in China more and more deeply.Their Internet habits and living habits also affect their learning and class personal management.It has also brought great challenges to the class management of vocational work,so it is very necessary to think about“micro cultural impact on class management in Higher Vocational Education Research”.This paper adopts the method of literature analysis?questionnaires?on-the-spot observation and interviews.Relevant information on micro culture and class management is collected through literature analysis method and then analysis.Through the analysis of the questionnaires,the survey on teachers and students' values,way of thinking and study behavior in the micro culture in Higher Vocational Colleges has been conducted.Through field observations and interviews,we come to know the current situation of the influence of micro culture on class management in Higher Vocational Colleges.The idea of the thesis is to put forward the problem,analyze the problem and solve the problem.The first part discusses the main characters of micro culture:personalization,fragmentation,interactive communication,double-sided influence and micro culture's main forms:micro-blog,WeChat,micro video,micro news and so on.The first part also argues that micro culture has cognitive function and public opinion regulation function.It provides necessary theoretical support for the following discussion.The second part,through the questionnaire survey,field observation and interviews,understands the current situation of traditional vocational class management and points out that the traditional vocational class management focuses more on whether the unilateral tasks issued by the school or secondary college leaders can be fully completed instead of the students' personality and creative thinking.Thus the traditional class management fails to meet the post-1995 generation students' need to pursue individuality and discourages students ' involvement in the class management.Through the survey data we understand that not all the college students are familiar with micro culture,but basically every college student has heard of some of the specific content of micro culture,Especially WeChat?micro film?micro-blog.Now post-1995 generation higher vocational college students generally believe that the carriers of micro culture can be used in the class management;but the survey data also show that higher vocational teachers don't make full use of micro platforms in class management and political education.They also need to further understand and the platforms of micro culture and the students' psychological characteristics in order to better use the micro culture platform in class management.Micro Culture can promote vocational classes in meeting the individual needs of class management,increasing the carriers of class management,enriching contents of class management and increasing ways to manage class.The challenges brought by micro culture in vocational class management includes challenge in the class manages' authority,the rules and ways,the improvement of teachers and students' professionalism in using micro platforms and increasing the approaches to class management.In view of the influence of micro culture on class management in traditional class management,combined with the characteristics of higher vocational students,this paper thinks that micro culture can strengthen the construction of vocational class management from four aspects.First,encourage the educators' authority through the change of class managers'way of thinking.As the manager of the class,school administrators have to be open to accepting and paying attention to the influence of micro culture on the mentality of higher vocational students,take the initiative to change their ways of thinking and increase the forms to communicate with students with an open mind in order to enhance their authority.Second,improve the micro class management system by strengthening the supervision function.In order to use the micro media in class management,the class needs to establish corresponding systems and require all members to abide by the rules and create a good class atmosphere;Third,training activities should be carried out to improve the mirco-cultural professionalism of teachers and students.Students and teachers should also have the ability to identify online information,which makes it possible for teachers and students to correct and manage themselves in the process of self-management;fourth,the contents of class management should be enriched based on the advantages of traditional class management and by constantly improving management methods.Educators also need to increase methods to manage class in order to help with the class construction.The timely sharing and wide participation of micro carriers encourage students' involvement and their initial to improve their self-management,help class leaders and class management groups to participate in class management.When the advantages traditional class management can be carried forward and make full use of micro-culture platform to run the class creatively,turning the passive management into self-management,the power of education will be turned into the power of self-education and there will be a good atmosphere of mutual promotion and pursuit of mutual progress among students,deepening the function of education and management and further strengthening the construction of class management.
