| Pole vault is a physical-dominated skill-demanding event.The athletic level of only improve the athletes’ stretching Angle by means of gymnastics and increasing the strength of the athletes’ upper limbs.Pole vault is a sport with high skill requirement in physical fitness leading sports.Athletes’ technical level is often restricted by their special physical quality to a large extent.In view of this,based on the pole vault project technical diagnosis and special physical quality training methods as the research object,the national women’ pole vault,in four key players technical characteristics and special physical quality training methods,for example,by the methods of documentary,video analysis,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and expert interviews and other research methods,the system analysis of pole-vaulting techniques,based on the high level athletes technical board,to strengthen the special physical quality training,in order to make its targeted to improve and optimize the technology.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In the energy acquisition stage,for the short stride length and slow speed of the athletes,the coach mainly improved the problems by means of Smith’s neck squat,one-leg weight-lifting,frog kicking,sitting posture alternately kicking,sitting posture leg flexor,supine leg flexor,one-leg swing,sponge block interval hop and so on.2.In the energy acquisition stage,the trainer mainly improved the problem of athletes with a long time of pushing and stretching by means of imitating the four-step bar lifting exercise with the leather rope,imitating the bar lifting exercise with the leather rope,lifting the bar with the over-hand hand,lunging with the barbell,stepping up with the barbell,lifting the bar with the two-step bar,imitating the six-step pole running and jumping up,jogging with the barbell bar,five-step inter bar rhythm running,and 16-step rod rhythm running and jumping up.3.In the energy storage stage,for the problem of long hanging time of athletes,the coach mainly improved it by lifting the barbell bar in front of the straight arm,pulling the back of the supine head,pressing down the straight arm of the peanut ball,lifting the barbell piece with the straight arm,lifting the leg with the straight arm,supporting the four-step run-up rope,walking with the straight arm of the parallel bars,swinging the horizontal bar,and pressing the pommel horse with the straight arm.4.In the energy release stage for athletes to extend Angle is too large,the coaches mainly through the horizontal bar on the arm support,horizontal bar overhang stretching,rings straight legs and four step run-up,wire stretching,four-step approach the wire,the parallel bars straight arm shoulder,small parallel bars stand shoulder joint leg extensions,yoga ball pressure balance,lie on your back straight leg stretch press,the parallel bars and transformation,kneeling lie tide pushed up into devoting,the parallel bars bicep curl,upside down,standing pole arm pressure to improve them.Based on the research,the following Suggestions are proposed:1.In the energy acquisition stage,athletes should pay attention to how to make their lead-up speed closer to the absolute speed while increasing their absolute speed.2.In the stage of energy storage and energy release,athletes should pay attention to nerve sensitivity training,do more body control training without medium to enhance the ability of nerve to control the body. |
