In order to carry out the performance evaluation of the soccer school in Guangzhou campus and promote the better development of campus football,this paper adopts the literature and expert interview method,and combines the "basic standard of campus football school"("Trial"),Soccer Performance Evaluation Index System Questionnaire.Using Excel spreadsheet to collect and analyze the questionnaire.Using SPSS17.0 software,based on principal component analysis and factor analysis,the index is divided into eight categories,the final index is determined,the load factor of each factor is obtained,and finally the weight of each index is calculated,and the campus football Characteristic school performance evaluation index system.In order to test the performance evaluation index system of Guangzhou campus soccer school,this study selected twenty schools of football soccer schools in Guangzhou Longdong Primary School,Yuansha Tan Primary School and Zhongyuan Middle School.This paper analyzes the current situation of campus football activities in these schools,analyzes the outstanding and shortcomings of these characteristics schools,and provides the reference for the further development of campus football.In conclusion:(1)The primary index of the index system was established through literature review and expert interview method.Eight common factors(primary index)and 44 secondary indexes were extracted by principal component analysis and factor analysis.And then calculate the weight of the indicators to complete the Guangzhou campus football school performance evaluation index system.(2)an index according to the weight size is as follows:(29.1points)teaching,training and competition(24.55 points),security(20.34 points),teachers(9.3 points),the recess(5.21 points),the leadership of the organization(4.95),the movement of risk prevention and control(3.87 points),foot ball Culture(2.68 points).Education,teaching,training,competition and condition guarantee are the most important of these three aspects,and the scores of more than 74 percent.(3)The secondary index consists of 44 indicators,such as school-based curriculum,teaching plan,soccer class,football carnival,sports time,training plan,training equipment,sports accident insurance and safety education.(4)The results of the evaluation system of the performance evaluation index system of Guangzhou campus soccer school showed that the score of primary school wasslightly higher than that of middle school.The indicators of the school scores are mainly in the three aspects of education and teaching,training competition and conditional protection.
