The Construction And Empirical Research On The Performance Evaluation Index System Of School Football Special School In Anhui Province

Since the implementation of the “Campus Football” activity jointly released by the State General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education in 2009,campus football has been a hot topic of national concern.As a long-term strategic task,campus football requires a scientific,clear and clear direction.To guide campus football activities,evaluation of screening campus football,help improve the quality of campus football development.To this end,this article aims to build a performance evaluation index system suitable for Anhui Provincial Campus Football Schools and provide a reference for the performance evaluation of Anhui Provincial Campus Football Schools.In this study,through literature data method,Delphi method,AHP and other methods,according to the actual situation of Anhui Provincial Campus Football,a set of performance evaluation index system applied to the performance evaluation of Anhui Provincial Campus Football Schools is constructed.The thesis first uses the literature method to select high-frequency indicators as a reference,then conducts field visits to campus football characteristic schools,initially establishes a draft performance evaluation index system for campus football characteristic schools in Anhui Province,and then issues questionnaires to 9 football experts,Negotiate,delete,modify and increase the indicators of the performance evaluation system,and finally form the performance evaluation index system of Anhui Provincial Campus Football School.After the performance evaluation system is completed,the weights of each index are calculated through expert index scoring,and the index weights are obtained.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to conduct an empirical study on the Huaibei campus football special schools and evaluate the performance of Huaibei campus football special schools.The level has made a scientific analysis and put forward the application suggestions of the performance evaluation system of campus football characteristic schools.Main research conclusions:(1)Constructed an Anhui Provincial Campus Football School Performance Evaluation System composed of 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators.(2)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the Huaibei campus football characteristic school,and the Huaibei campus football characteristic school performance score is 0.634249997 points,which is in the "good" grade.(3)The recommendations for the application and development of the performance evaluation system for campus football special schools in Anhui Province were obtained: overall coordination of campus football evaluation work,the establishment of a special evaluation group;introduction of third-party company assessment to strengthen campus football evaluation monitoring;lay a solid foundation for comprehensive development;Dynamic evaluation system to improve evaluation efficiency.
