Research On The Construction Of Performance Evaluation System For Schools With Campus Basketball Characteristics In Sichuan Province

It is the original intention and mission of promoting the development of school basketball schools in China to set up a number of advanced models of basketball education and teaching for teenagers,to construct the teaching,training,competition and condition guarantee system of basketball with Chinese characteristics,and to consolidate the foundation of teenagers.According to the survey,there is a lack of relevant evaluation system for schools with campus basketball characteristics in China,and it plays an important role in the inspection,guidance and diagnosis of the implementation of policies and the specific implementation of campus basketball,which is related to the healthy and sustainable development of campus basketball.Since the beginning of the pilot program in 2016,a total of 237 primary and secondary schools in sichuan province have been selected as characteristic schools of campus basketball,accounting for 4.08% of the 5,808 selected schools in China,the highest proportion and representative to a certain extent.This study campus of sichuan province basketball characteristic evaluation system of building as the breakthrough point and focus of the school,USES the literature material method,questionnaire survey and expert interview method,the campus basketball performance evaluation system in sichuan province to build the index selection,structure and scale formation after the preliminary demonstration of the deeper exploration.Through the research,the following main conclusions are drawn:1.Through multiple rounds of reliability and validity of test and questionnaire,combined with principal component analysis,identify the nine factors,combined with the national characteristics of the campus basketball school basic standard(try out)"induce 4 first-level indicators,calculated the weight of each factor,to form the" performance evaluation system of campus basketball characteristic school in sichuan province "quantization table.2.The index system is divided into three levels.Among them,the four first-level indicators are "organizational leadership","education and teaching","condition guarantee" and "training competition" in the order of weight.There are 9 secondary indicators,including "development plan and performance","working mechanism","rules and regulations","teacher allocation and site facilities","teacher treatment and special funds","curriculum and teaching","campus basketball cultural activities","competition system","training development and echelon construction".There are 42 three-level indicators.3.In the verification process of the performance evaluation system of schools with campus basketball characteristics in sichuan province,the average score of the primary school group was slightly higher than that of the secondary school group,mainly because :(1)Organizational leadership plays an important role in the development of campus basketball.Due to the different development plans of schools,the different ages,physiological characteristics and academic pressure of primary and secondary schools,primary schools and secondary schools have different characteristics.(2)The education,fitness and entertainment of campus basketball are more obvious in primary schools,and there is less resistance to its development and implementation.Teachers' professional ability and learning ability affect students' participation in basketball;(3)The school's basketball facilities and other hardware facilities are one of the factors that restrict the development of basketball on campus.Whether the school can regularly hold basketball games,skill challenges or host inter-school basketball games and other activities has a certain impact on students' basketball competitive ability.
