Research On The Training Mode Of Basketball Referees In Sports Colleges

With the State Council document No.46 Issued ? On accelerating the development of the sports industry to promote a number of opinions on sports consumption?,and the implementation of State General Administration of sports on?The measures for the administration of sports competitions?,the level of China's sports events is blossom everywhere,the referee of sports talent management is more standard.The basketball movement in the deep foundation of the masses in our country,the country of all kinds of basketball events throughout the year,large scale,the sharp increase in demand for referee,the training of talents quality and standardized management have new expectations by social,put forward higher requirements.At present,China's top basketball events,graduated from the sports college basketball referee CBA NBL accounted for 73.8%,accounting for 50%-60%,WCBA for 59.8%,CUBA accounted for 60-70%,SCBA for 100%.the experts generally believe that:"The sports colleges and universities have the foundation and conditions for talent training of basketball referee,is the cradle of cultivating high level basketball referee.however,the degree of attention at present 14 sports colleges in China on the basketball referee training training mode is not enough,uneven,random.In this paper the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and case analysis methods of 14 sports colleges and universities in the aspects of training objectives,management system,operation mechanism,teachers,training courses,teaching contents,teaching methods and examination mechanism were analyzed,sort out the current sports college basketball referee of the talents training mode,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows:1.At present there are three basic sports colleges,combining three kinds of basketball referees and diversified talent training mode.2.Sports college basketball referee teaching force distribution is not uniform,the cultivation of students' referee level is uneven.3.In the sports college basketball referee training,school conditions of universities and training target,the standard is not unified,some colleges and universities the training content and form a single,class at random,students on less opportunities to practice.4.Teaching ideas and methods in the sports college basketball referee training needs to be improved,the theory and practice teaching not uniform and efficient.5.Some sports college basketball referee training in each grade in the contents and requirements is not perfect,there is no good implementation of the national standard.Aiming at the problems of training mode of basketball referee talents of the existing sports colleges,puts forward the optimization strategy of the training mode of basketball referees sports colleges,respectively:1.The goal of improving the positioning of basketball referee sports college personnel training,improve the personnel training management system.2.Strengthen the diversification of basketball referee teaching,improve the teaching plan,increase the basketball referee professional elective courses,optimize the class structure of culture,innovative teaching methods.3.Optimization of basketball referees sports college talent cultivation level assessment methods,including improving the grade assessment standard,and increase the level of referee applicants,examine ways.
