Based on the research of Beijing Sport University basketball and basketball undergraduate students as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, logic analysis and other research methods, the existing mode of training objectives, teaching content, after-school training, level assessment survey and analyze the present situation of the cultivation of our school basketball referee, the results show that our school the teaching goal is combined closely with China referees of basketball reserve forces; the lack of teaching content system of theoretical teaching and practical training; after-school training mainly by self learning based, referees attend the training class and lecture number, on-the-spot judging frequency is low; the two level examination time late grade appraisal, less contribution level referee of the school, not enough attention to the cultivation of national level referee, on-the-spot examination and the lack of evaluation index system, subjectivity.
