Rapid development of basketball in colleges and universitiesof Shandong province, without a match referees, current students majoringin physical education in colleges and universities of Shandong provincereferee fewer low level, in training of students majoring in physicaleducation in colleges and universities has a certain level of professionalgrade referees of students, to promote normal development of basketballin colleges and universities of Shandong province is very necessary.Basketball referee training of students majoring in physical educationin colleges and universities of multi-function is a physical, proven waysto achieve quality education, it not only can be solved to some extentby successive years of enrollment in colleges and universities, schoolcompetitions manpower talent shortage problem, and can effectivelyimprove the students ’ professional qualities and ability to organize,manage, and so as to achieve the goal of improving student’s comprehensivequality. Without a culture in our province basketball referee school, studentsof physical education major in colleges and universities is the mainsource of referees, based on the characteristics of students majoring inphysical education in colleges and universities, developing students ’skills as a basketball referee is one of the important contents of physicaleducation in ordinary universities. Therefore, how to develop and improvereferee skills of students, for construction of basketball referees, andability to improve student employment organization of teaching and afterthe match has far-reaching significance.Research shows that basketball judging ability of students majoringin physical education in colleges and universities of Shandong provincedespite the progress in recent years, but the problem still exists, asfollows:1.
