A Research On Peer Education Intervention Model Of Anti-drug

Drug abuse is a worldwide problem.Many experts and researchers were try ing to solve this problem by various methods,and peer education is one of the m.Some countries which in Europe and North America were the first to use pe er education for drug prevention,and achieved good results.Later,on the basis of successful experiences,some Asian countries also started to the use peer educat ion,for helping more drug addicts to return to the society.In recent years,peer education has become one of the most popular metho ds to solve social problems,such as sex education,AIDS prevention,disease prev ention and so on.Shenzhen W Social Work Center(SWWC)is one of the first organizations,which used peer education in Anti-drug social work.This research are fulfilled by studying “The Plan of Experienced Man”,which was made by SSWC.The a uthor will list and analyze the peer education from other countries in anti-drug social work and practical experiences of “The Plan of Experienced Man” by qualitative research methods,eventually set up the primary model of practical in tervention.The research consists of five chapters.The first chapter is summary of rese arch background,significance,problems and innovation point.the second chapter i s literature review of peer education and drug addicts.The third chapter is the statement of research methods,theories,and process.The forth chapter is analysis of “The Plan of Experienced Man”and making model of practical intervention.The final chapter is the summary of the first four chapters and presentation of relevant advice.
