With the rapid development of China's economy, the drug problem continues to spread.Drug abuse continues to intensify, drug crimes continue to occur at a high rate, drug addiction has become a serious social problem. In this context,in recent years, the younger characteristics of drug addicts in China have been highlighted, and the problem of drug abuse among adolescents has attracted great attention from domestic academia and affairs departments. After the enactment of the Anti-Drug Law of the People's Republic of China in 2008,compulsory isolation and detoxification replaced the former compulsory detoxification and Reeducation-through-labour detoxification, and became the main mode of detoxification practice in China in the new period. This model adopts compulsory means to correct the behavioral deviation of drug addicts, especially young drug addicts,so that they can physically get rid of dependence on drugs. In terms of practical effects, the compulsory isolation model also has some shortcomings and defects, such as high relapse rate and difficulty in effectively integrating drug addicts into society. Therefore, this paper uses social work methods to intervene in the group of young drug addicts, using professional methods and techniques to make up for the deficiencies of the compulsory isolation model,so as to help young drug addicts achieve the goal of drug treatment and return to society smoothly.Taking Shenzhen compulsory isolation and detoxification center as an example, this paper systematically summarizes the shortcomings of compulsory isolation and detoxification through questionnaires, and preliminarily explores the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention.Taking the typical juvenile case M in compulsory isolation detoxification center as the intervention object, the needs of the case were comprehensively assessed and the corresponding intervention plan was formulated. In the process of social work practice, with the role theory as the support and the role correction as the goal, the role adaptation, role experience and role expectation are developed.Firstly,it is the premise of role correction to help adolescents adapt to the life of drug rehabilitation centers and complete role change.Secondly, through the experience of friendship and family,we can experience the happiness brought by the role. The role experience is an important process of self-reflection,self-consciousness and responsibility of the drug addicts.Thirdly, help drug addicts to build new roles,re-establish role goals, and constantly strengthen the sense of responsibility,so as to consolidate the effect of role correction, and achieve the role return of drug addicts.Through the practical exploration of social work intervention in addiction rehabilitation adolescents M,we can find that role correction can help the case owners change their original roles, reconstruct their new roles, and ultimately help the case Owners Achieve role return and social return. Therefore, the role correction as a starting point, through the intervention of social work, can make up for the deficiencies of the practice of simple compulsory isolation of drug addicts, thus conducive to the process of drug addiction among young people, and more smoothly return to society.
