Study On The Informatization Promoting Regional Education Modernization

The national "thirteen five" plan to determine,"To promote the modernization of education" is the main line of education development in our country.The modernization of education has a leading and exemplary role in the development of the country's modernization,which is related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the realization of the Chinese dream.Education information is an important force to promote the modernization of education.It is very necessary and urgent to study the way and successful experience of informationization.It is of great significance to study and summarize the practical experience of promoting the modernization of education in China by using regional education information as the starting point.Choosing the education information construction has always been in the forefront of the country as the object of Suzhou City.It is helpful to enrich theoretical research of regional education modernization in China,and explore the optimization of the development of regional education modernization by informatization road.In this study,the research methods such as literature research,interview,content analysis and experience summarization are mainly studied from the following four aspects:First of all,the study of information technology to promote regional education modernization of the development of major factors.The external factors are mainly from the historical factors,cultural factors,economic factors and social factors and so on.The internal factors depend on the education system itself,including the regional policy planning and the elements of the education system,highlighting the key role of human subjective initiative.Secondly,this paper studies the concrete practice and typical experience of promoting the modernization of education in Suzhou City,focusing on the research and typical engineering of many advanced exploration and modernization projects in the process of educational modernization in Suzhou,including the wisdom education,the wisdom of the campus,the future classroom,and so on.Then to sum up the practical experience.Thirdly,based on the practical exploration of the modernization of education in Suzhou City,the practical experience will be raised to the theoretical level to explore,mainly from the "government co-ordination","multi-party coordination","active play","people-oriented" and " application-driven ".Finally,the paper explores the information technology to promote the modernization of regional education to optimize the development of the road,focusing on the realization of human modernization and the new educational system framework based on the background of "Internet +" education,including the construction of new learning space,the new campus form,the new resource form,the new institutional mechanisms and education management team,to provide reference for the modernization of education in other areas of our country.
