The task of graduate students is not only to receive knowledge,but also to carry out certain academic research work.In this process,academic misconduct,academic misconduct and other behaviors tend to occur,and the reasons are closely related to the effectiveness of academic moral education for graduate students in universities.Although the ministry of education and other departments have issued and implemented relevant guidelines,but has not been able to stop such behavior from the root cause.Since 2006,when the ministry of science and technology issued“The measures for handling scientific misconduct in the implementation of national science and technology plans”,academic research on“academic and moral”gradually increased,and the object of study involved in various fields.There are many studies on graduate students' academic ethics,which are scattered and not systematic.However,there are few studies from the perspective of postgraduate academic ethics education,and the systematic academic achievements are not significant.Therefore,this paper will start from the perspective of "education" of academic ethics of postgraduates in contemporary colleges and universities,and discuss this research from four parts.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly illustrates the origin of this paper,from the study of academic moral concept,about the violation of academic attribution of moral behavior research,about the academic path of moral education research three sides facing the domestic and foreign related research classified comb,and makes a brief analysis of the present research situation.Based on this,the concepts of"academic","moral" and "academic ethics" are systematically expounded.More over,the confusable "academic misconduct”,"academic misconduct" and "academic corruption" are compared and distinguished.The second chapter is an overview of the academic moral education of postgraduates in contemporary colleges and universities.Based on the content of the third section of the first chapter,this part explains the connotation of academic moral education for postgraduates in colleges and universities,and summarizes the four main contents of academic moral education for postgraduates in colleges and universities,that is,academic spirit education,academic standard education,academic responsibility education and academic innovation education.At the same time,put forward in the graduate student academic moral education in colleges and universities should implement three main goals,according to two basic requirements,follow the three major principles,that is,to achieve the goals of“training academic identity and contract spirit”,“academic motivation and emotional experience”and"training experience and reflection of intelligence intelligence”,in the concrete implementation process,should implement requirements of“according to different levels of the main body for layered ShiCe”and“three stages education guide";It follows the principles of“adhering to the combination of moral self-discipline and moral heteronomy”,“adhering to the combination of moral education theory and moral education practice mode",and“adhering to the combination of positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement".On this basis,summed up the four big influence to strengthen the graduate student academic moral education,which is helpful to provide the graduate student's academic activities standardized guidance and help for graduate student academic moral judgment and choice of correct guidance,to spread the academic spirit of marxism,and is conducive to further purify academic environment.The third chapter is an empirical analysis of the present situation of academic moral education of postgraduates in colleges and universities.In order to further the mysteries of the contemporary graduate student academic moral education present situation,the research in some universities in xian,for example,using "online questionnaire" and "offline interview"comprehensively with the methods of empirical research,and has carried on the filter to the results of the survey and the interview transcript analysis,points out the current graduate student academic moral education in colleges and universities in the three major problems,namely the "academic moral cognition level and consciousness is not strong enough","academic moral emotion stronger and not determined contradiction" and "the lack of academic moral belief and lofty pursuit".At the same time,the paper summarizes four causes of the problems,namely,"the internal demand of postgraduates for academic ethics is not strong","the innovation of methods and methods of academic ethics education is insufficient","the evaluation of academic ethics is not scientific and the performance of execution is weak",and "the impact of bad social atmosphere on academic ecological environment".The fourth chapter is about the four dimensions of the optimization of academic moral education for postgraduates.From the four aspects of self,tutor,university and environment,the author puts forward the "four dimensions" strategy of strengthening the academic moral education of university graduate students.Self dimension:to strengthen postgraduate subjective cognition;Mentor dimension:play the role of guidance and demonstration of mentors;Dimensions of colleges and universities:establishing reasonable and pragmatic academic mechanism;Environmental dimension:create a good academic research atmosphere.It tries to put forward effective promotion strategies for the reform and development of postgraduate academic moral education from multi-dimension.
