Research On Network Of The Rule Of Law Conscious Cultivation To University Students In Xinjiang

The governance in Xinjiang by law,the stability of Xinjiang in a harmony way as well as the construction of Xijiang in a long-term are the strategies to implement the lasting political and social stability in Xinjiang and also are necessary approaches to propel realization of Xinjiang regional governance system and modernization of governance capability.The internet era is information era,and the college students in Xinjiang,as the pioneers to build governance of Xinjiang by law,advocates and practitioners of socialist core values are asked to build the thought of governance in Xinjiang by law and carry out the spirit of government in Xinjiang by law.What on earth about awareness of college students in Xinjiang in network society,what are the problems in law education among Xijiang college students and how to foster the awareness of governance by law in the network,there are all the problems of law education in Xinjiang colleges and universities.This paper adopted questionnaire survey method,literature method and in combination with qualitative method,defines the network of the rule of law consciousness related concepts;Xinjiang college students' network is studied the rule of law consciousness cultivation results,problem and causes;Cultivating college students in xinjiang network consciousness of rule of law principle and path.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction.This part mainly discusses the background and significance of this study,emphatically has carried on the literature review,briefly puts forward the research ideas and methods,the difficult point of research and innovation points of the presentation.The second part is the discussion about law awareness in the network among Xinjiang colleges students.In this part,some definitions such as governance by law,law awareness,law awareness in the network among Xinjiang students as well as the fostering of law awareness in the network among Xinjiang students have been defined.,the paper discusses the significance to cultivate the students' network of the rule of law consciousness in xiniang and particularity.The article defined range from the general meaning of these definitions to the definitions used in this article,then decided the range of the theme.The third part is the current situation of the law awareness in the network among Xinjiang college students.This part includes the achievements,the existing problems and the analysis of the origin.The achievement of fostering mainly are that Xinjiang college students have had some network law knowledge,they conform to the value of law governance in the network,the training form and plan have been scientized and also the training means and feedback have become into pluralism.But meanwhile the problems in fostering network law awareness among Xinjiang college students are like the weakness in their own law awareness,the lack of the family law education,the incomplete law educational content in Xinjiang colleges and universities as well as the Inadequate social supervision in network etc.And all these problems among Xinjiang college students resulted from lacking independent study and law practice,parents' loose control of to their children,the lack of network law content in law curriculum in colleges and universities and scientific prediction in network crime early warning mechanism and so on.The fourth part is about rules and ways to develop legal sense of college students in Xinjiang in the field of network.It is believed in this paper that cultivating legal sense of college students in Xinjiang in the field of network should be both online and offline;should combine legal education and moral education;should be in class and after class;should combine family education,school education and social education.To cultivate the sense,a four-in-one method should be applied,which means the students,families,schools and the society should work together.
