18 the fourth plenary session put forward the overall goal of promoting the rule of law is the construction of socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics,the construction socialism country under the rule of law.The overall goal requires promoting the rule of law,it is based on the social reality of our country,is suitable for the situation of construction of rule of law society.College students to have rich theoretical basis to actively participate in the construction of the socialist rule of law,good understanding and practice of the rule of law,research on the cultivation of the college students' consciousness of rule of law,is helpful to explore the path of the implementation of the rule of law consciousness training,promote the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law,so as to better realize the goal of promoting the construction of the socialist rule of law society.In this paper,besides introduction and conclusion,is divided into three parts.The first part,introduces the concept of the rule of law consciousness and related theory,analyzed the factors affecting the formation of the rule of law consciousness.This part synoptically introduced the meaning of the rule of law,rule of law consciousness,and the related concepts,understanding the connotation of the rule of law consciousness,function and formation mechanism,which is beneficial to combine reality research how to train their consciousness of rule of law.Systematic analysis of the influence of the rule of law consciousness cultivation of social development factors,social relations factors,education and individual physical and mental development level of different influence factors on the rule of law consciousness.Analysis of the factors influencing the rule of law consciousness,provides reference for the cultivation of the path of the rule of law consciousness direction,is conducive to better research methods paths for cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law.The second part is the current situation of college students' consciousness of rule of law and the existing problems cause analysis.This part from the present situation of college students' group consciousness of the rule of law,that is,from university student's consciousness of rule of law is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of college students overall quality level and the existing problems,and then analysis the reason of the under the background of new era of the rule of law consciousness.Although the law have very complete in China,the legal system is sound,this does not means that our country civil law idea is very strong,the rule of law society level is high.So further study of the rule of law consciousness of the status quo,and analyzing the rule of law consciousness is the cause of the problem,and this gives us searching for ways to cultivate college students' consciousness of rule of law provides practical reference and breakthrough.The third part of the college students' consciousness of rule of law culture path analysis.By analyzing the way to cultivate the rule of law consciousness,this paper argues that to strengthen college students' consciousness of rule of law culture,we must stick to the party's fourth plenary eighteen big put forward the goal of promoting the rule of law,establish a sound system of socialist rule of law,the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law,build a socialist rule of law society.Real target through the construction of socialist core values,the rule of law country,the rule of law education task,to cultivate college students' concept of rule of law,rule of law of the college students themselves to make college students set up firm rule of law belief and legal belief.
