Research On Strengthening College Students Consciousness Of Rule Of Law Construction

In the nineteen major report of the party,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "comprehensive rule of law is the essential requirement and important guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics." Adhere to the law ruling according to law,to jointly promote administration according to law,uphold the rule of law construction of the rule of law one country,the government under the rule of law,uphold the rule of law and by virtue of combining the rule of law and regulations according to the organic unity of the party,deepen the reform of the judicial system,improving national legal literacy and moral quality.To improve the legal literacy and moral quality of the whole nation is an important part of the rule of law in an all-round way.In the fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the Party established the basic strategy of overall rule of law,and put forward the idea of "promoting the rule of law in the whole society." consciousness of rule of law is of great importance for the construction of a country under the rule of law.The consciousness of rule of law is the inner soul and spiritual support of a country under the rule of law.Without the consciousness of the rule of law,there is no country under the rule of law.Contemporary college students are the future and hope of the country,strengthen the legal quality of college students to raise awareness of the rule of law,not only for the comprehensive development of college students is of great practical significance,but also to enhance the national legal literacy,has important practical significance to the construction of the rule of law.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the study of strengthening the consciousness of the rule of law for college students to promote the rule of law in an all-round way.By reading lots of references and supplemented by questionnaires,this paper analyzes the current situation of College Students' awareness of rule of law,and analyzes the main problems and causes.The main problems existing in college students' awareness of the rule of law are: Students' legal literacy needs to be improved overall;students of the party under the leadership of the rule of law strategy has a vague understanding of College Students' constitution;legal authority consciousness;college students' awareness of rights and obligations should be strengthened;college students to join the consciousness of rule of law should be improved.Based on the above problems,the causes of College Students' awarenessof the rule of law analysis of the problem from the students themselves,school education,social environment and other aspects,on the basis of strengthening students' awareness of the rule of law put forward countermeasures and suggestions,including optimizing Chinese characteristics of socialist rule of law system,play a positive role,strengthen family education in college students' awareness of the rule of law in the excitation college students' awareness of the rule of law initiative,play school education to enhance the positive role,students' awareness of the rule of law to strengthen supervision of the rule of law network etc..
