The concept of the teacher is defined in a all-side and scientific way in the the third rules of the chapter one on Teachers Law of the People's Republic of China.Teachers are professional people to perform education and teaching,to impart knowledge and educate students,to cultivate constructors and successors of Chinese socialism and to improve the national quality.In recent years,with the new educational reform is carried out,the basic education has changed a lot.The new education and teaching pays more attention on cultivating students' ability and quality.What's more,it emphasizes the people-oriented idea and the individualized quality education,which needs teachers to improve their professional ability,comprehensive quality,moral cultivation and other skills.Under the excessive attention of the media,society and parents of students and under the strong supervision of the government and school,the increasing pressure of teachers grows.Therefore,it draws our attention on how to improve teachers' professional happiness,how to stimulate teachers' positivity and attract the excellent teachers.In 2009,the performance system is carried out,which is to award those teachers getting good achievements and contributing to school.At the beginning of the reform,it works to some extent.However,with the development of the economy,as the good educated persons,teachers pursue on material needs and spiritual needs as well.The research makes a questionnaire survey on 100 teachers in QSY middle school of Shapingba district in Chongqing.Meanwhile,some teachers' job burnout is serious,with the help with the interview with some representative teachers.According to the relating theories and researches,there are three sections on the needs of these teachers which the research questionnaire is based on,and then hand out the research questionnaire.Finally,analyze and get the result.As the result of the empirical research of the needs of these teachers in QSY middle school and the statistics draw the conclusion that several problems need solving.Firstly,those teachers have a strong eagerness to salaries and welfare,especially the men teachers under the pressure of affording the whole family.Meanwhile,they also urge the great leadership skills from the administrators.Especially some important subject teachers need the recognition from the administrators.What's more,they hope to get the human-based management from the administrators as well as the fair and the justice bonus.As the good educated persons,those teachers especially the young teachers need to improve their own professional abilities and comprehensive qualities.Some suggestions related to these problems are presented.First,the reasonable performance needs building to guarantee stimulation.Second,the scientific management can promote the effective stimulation.The last but not the least,all-side development is used to stimulate teachers.I hope to offer some references and advice to stimulation management of the middle school.
