Our Party always values education highly, cares for the construction of teacher troops, gives attention to the role of teachers and arouses their enthusiasm fully. For the few past decades, the leaders of our country and Party have given important instructions about it. Our country has gone through the course of more than 20 years of reforming and opening up to the outside world and has made great achievements. Education plays an important role in the development of our country .We face the intense international competition and the challenge of the economic globalization .In fact it is the competition of talent .To improve people's competitive ability, we must value education, especially the working teacher in teaching and research forefront .We have to motivate the interest of the teachers in the management of higher education. It's the problem that we are faced with and should solve immediately. I: The Position and Role of a college Teacher Teacher is the basic, first essential factor in educational work. Development and the existence of higher school, the role of teacher lifts enough importance. Education hope when teacher, have no first class teacher the hard student with first class training, hard achievement makes first class university. Must respect knowledge from the needs of teacher, respect talent, respect accomplishment and the labor of teacher. 3.The new situation, new task and new challenge, that we are faced with, require us to stimulate teachers . 4.Making good use of excellent manpower resources and attracting excellent talent require us to stimulate teachers. Manpower resource is first resource. Realize the advance of science and technology, realize economic and social development, key when person. 5.Arousing teachers creativity and improving their working performance require us to stimulate teachers. It is effective to encourage the value goal that may not only realize individual, may still realize its high-level pursue —the raising of creativity and innovation ability. It is the power source of teacher effort work to encourage.
