With the rapid development of network technology,the growing number of Internet users,the growing amount of network information,resulting in the spread of bad information on the Internet,resulting in the current Internet environment chaos.On the one hand,in the widely used mobile phone applications and PC terminals,people can easily access to a large number of network pornographic information,violent information and reactionary information.On the other hand,the trend of young people's age is becoming more and more obvious.The number of teenagers on the Internet is increasing sharply,and the vast majority of juvenile violent crimes are induced by the Internet,while still increasing by an average of 7.6% per year.Based on the above realistic background,this paper takes the impact of Internet on adolescent violent crime as the research object,and discusses the relationship between the network environment and juvenile delinquency.This article through the literature analysis on the characteristics of the current network environment,and the design of the questionnaire and case interview,on-the-spot investigation in Henan Province,400 juvenile juvenile offenders background.The study concluded that the illusion of network,deceptive and negative abets or is arch-criminal of juvenile delinquency.Internet violence culture,pornography culture and anti social culture cause young people's moral deficiency,emotional apathy,nihilism and self consciousness excess.Coupled with the youth easy to imitate,the concept of right and wrong is poor,mentally immature age characteristics,more vulnerable to these negative effects of the network,resulting in violent crime.Finally,in view of the influence of network on juvenile violent crime,the corresponding solutions and countermeasures are put forward.
