With the development of media technology,new forms of communication are emerging,and the time and the space have less obstacles to the dissemination of information.At the reach of the Internet,the goodwill of mankind is converging.The idea of Pax Romana society in the past is becoming a reality step by means of the network channel,but the number of bad information on the Internet is also increasing exponentially.At the same time,the minors are integrated into the Internet world at an unprecedented scale,and the country in China is experiencing an unprecedented change of urbanization,the access and popularization of the Internet is an important part of it.This study investigated the Internet usage and bad information contact of junior high school students in Ping Shan County of Hebei Province by means of questionnaire and interview?In this study,SPSS software was used to analyze the relationship between gender,score,urban and rural,psychological status and internet usage time and bad information contact.The study found that the rate of mobile phone use in rural middle school students was much higher than that of the rural average,but the frequency of Internet use was significantly lower than that of the national Internet users.The purpose of Internet use of junior high school students is in the social(mainly QQ),learning and entertainment(mainly short video application,music and game).The path of Internet bad information dissemination is concentrated in web page pop-up,information distribution platform and search engine,and the most common bad information is false news,advertisement.Junior high school students believe that the most serious impact is violent information and value distortion information.The forms of bad information are concentrated in pictures,motion pictures and videos.With the development of anime and TV series,the audience of junior high school students is gradually increasing,and the video bomb screen has become a new channel for the dissemination of bad information.Live application is not popular among junior high school students in Ping Shan County,so it has little impact on junior high school students.There was no significant difference in thetypes of contact between boys and girls,and the effects of academic achievement and psychological state on the exposure to bad information were not significant.However,there were significant differences in contact with bad information in different areas and in different online hours.Moreover,junior high school students who spend more time on the Internet also become more often exposed to pornographic information.Junior high school students can deal with bad information correctly on the whole,but they lack of scientific cognition and comprehensive media literacy,especially the capital control behind some media.Junior high school students are vulnerable on the Internet.Some Internet applications such as animation resources,learning materials are difficult for them to access.On the basis of the conclusion,this study analyzes the platform factors,family and school factors,interpersonal factors and self-factors involved in the exposure of junior high school students to bad information,points out that the study of impact of bad information should pay more attention to the investigation from the perspective of individual cases,rather than just studying the overall effect,and pay attention to the resonance between the bad information of the Internet and the personality traits of vulnerable and easy to commit crime.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward,such as self-discipline on network platform,setting up special websites to meet the needs of study,life and entertainment of middle school students,and strengthening moral education and media literacy education,in order to reduce the negative influence of bad information.
