Under the background of the new era and the new curriculum reform,performance assessment has been paid more and more attention by scholars at home and abroad.It is not only from the text form of the curriculum standard to the classroom teaching practice,but also has become the new trend of the reform of examination and evaluation,especially in the experimental teaching of middle school.The main purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of the application of performance assessment in physics experiment teaching in senior high school and the factors that affect its use.This study is not only beneficial to enrich the theory of students' evaluation methods in high school physics experiment teaching,but also to understand the factors that affect the use of performance assessment in physics experiment teaching in senior high school,has a certain theoretical and practical significance for improving the high school physics experiment teaching evaluation methods.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire,classroom observation method,interview method and mathematical statistics,the current situation and influencing factors of performance assessment in physics experiment teaching in senior high school is studied,mainly in the following two aspects of the research:The first study is the application of performance assessment in physics experiment teaching in senior high school.Including the implementation of performance assessment,the sources and reliability and validity of performance assessment,the sources of scoring criteria,the use of performance assessment tools,feedback of evaluation results and effect of implementation.Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the application of performance assessment in physics experiment teaching in senior high school,the following conclusions can bedrawn:1 high school physics teacher's understanding of performance assessment is not enough,and even some deviation.Most physics teachers think that performance assessment is very important,but still a part of high school physics teachers do not understand the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance assessment,a few teachers don't even know it.They offen think the implementation steps and defined of performance assessment is too literally and poorly understood.2 the lack of understanding of the performance assessment tools and their use.To design an effective Performance assessment task to evaluate students' teachers are very few,most teachers directly use the existing performance tasks or the simply adapt it,many teachers do not understand the Performance assessment tools,in the course of experiment teaching,it is only through simple and casual observation to evaluate,and in the teaching,it is rarely used to regulate the scale.3 the application of performance evaluation in high school physics experiment teaching is not ideal.At present,the traditional paper pencil test and the experiment report of the school are mainly used in the evaluation of the physics experiment ability of the senior high school students,only a small part of the teachers use performance evaluation,such as classroom observation and growth record bag,to evaluate students' experimental ability.the frequency of carry out the performance evaluation is low.the evaluation and result feedback is not timely.,the feedback form is mainly based on the oral comments of all the students,lack of pertinence and standardization.The second Study is the influence factors of performance assessment using in high school physics experiment teaching.Mainly from the teacher factors,school factors,student factors and other factors in the performance assessment of high school physics teaching in the application of the total score of the relevance analysis.Through the investigation and analysis of the influencing factors of the performance assessment in physics experiment teaching in senior high school,it is found that there are some factors that affect the use of performance assessment in high school physics experiment teaching:1 Teacher factors: the understanding of perpormance assessment,teachers' teaching motivation,teachers' individual ability and the teaching concept of the teachers and the teachers' teaching motivation in teachers is the most influential factors;2 school factors: school factors have the support of the performance assessment of teachers in the experimental teaching,which mainly refers to whether the school has carried out the corresponding lectures,training,seminars,etc;3 other factors: other factors mainly refers to the reasons for college entrance examination.Such as physical examination of the college entrance examination and the restrictions on the paper pencil test for the examination of the experimental problems.The survey also found that the number of students and the understanding of performance assessment task did not affect the using of performance assessment in physics experiment teaching in senior high school,the performance assessment of itself objective factors and the time also did not affect the use of performance assessment.Finally,on the basis of these factors,the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to improve the utilization rate of the performance assessment in the high school physics experiment teaching from three aspects such as the school,the teacher and the college entrance examination proposition.Mainly includes:strengthening the attention and support of school leaders on performance assessment;strengthening the training of teachers in the theory and skills of performance assessment;strengthening the proportion of physics experiment operation ability in the total score of physical examination.
