In the context of today's new educational system reform,a number of policies issued by the state have indicated that we should change the previous evaluation orientation of focusing on results,scores and screening,and deepen the comprehensive evaluation into teaching practice.For high school physics,the evaluation of high school physics learning is based on the development of students and the core quality of physics.It plays an important role in promoting students' learning and improving teachers' teaching.At present,the curriculum objectives of physics teaching mainly focus on the core quality of physics discipline,including four different dimensions,which is the refinement and sublimation of three-dimensional objectives.The high school physics curriculum standards have repeatedly emphasized the importance of evaluation,focusing on process evaluation to promote students' learning.Standardized test plays an important role in the traditional teaching mode.Although it can judge the basic knowledge and basic skills that students accept in a short time,with the social demand for innovative talents,standardized test is difficult to meet the evaluation of students' exploration ability,thinking ability,attitude and responsibility.Performance assessment,which is based on modern learning theory and evaluation theory,has been gradually developed.Performance assessment evaluates students' ability by measuring their observable performance.As a germplasm evaluation method,performance assessment has been widely concerned.Through the development of theory and practice,some researchers have summarized that performance assessment includes three elements: performance objectives,performance tasks and scoring rules,which is consistent with the suggestions of physics curriculum standards on evaluation.The curriculum standards point out that the process of designing evaluation tasks includes three steps: formulating evaluation objectives,designing evaluation contents and formulating evaluation indicators.In the whole process of evaluation design and implementation,we should never deviate from the concept of subject core literacy and the requirements of academic quality level.Therefore,the research on the performance assessment in high school physics teaching not only meets the requirements of the new era of education evaluation reform,but also meets the requirements of curriculum standards,and can improve the high school physics teaching evaluation system.Firstly,this study investigates the current situation of teaching evaluation at home and abroad,especially the teaching performance assessment of physics,including theoretical research,research on methods and means,main research results and existing main problems.The research background is determined from the lack of traditional paper and pencil testing,the requirements of education system reform on evaluation and the exploration of evaluation suitable for physics academic standards.Secondly,the theoretical research and teaching evaluation design of performance assessment are carried out.This part includes three chapters.Firstly,it studies the performance assessment in theory,further understands the connotation and elements of evaluation through modern learning theory and evaluation theory,and discusses its advantages and limitations,and whether it is consistent with the physics academic level;Second,scientifically design the questionnaire,define the survey objects and methods,understand the current evaluation status of high school physics teaching by means of questionnaire survey,and make statistics and analysis of the results to understand that the current evaluation has some problems,such as the task is not specific,the scoring rules are not clear,and the feedback effect is not good;Thirdly,establish a scientific performance assessment model,set up scoring rules according to different levels of academic quality,reasonably set up performance assessment,analyze performance assessment cases in combination with high school physics teaching,and design the teaching process.Finally,it summarizes the results of this study,points out the shortcomings,puts forward scientific suggestions on the evaluation of high school physics teaching,and looks forward to the future development trend.
