| Emotion,which is the external manifestation of human experience and inherent background of all mental activity,has important influence on people’s behavior.At the same time,emotional state is also a part of mental state.A good emotional state plays a positive role for college students on the cultivation of behavior mechanism and the development of physical and mental health.Thus,resistance and reduce negative emotions become the essential strategy dealing with health and behavior problems stepwise.However,encourage and strengthen the positive emotion has gradually become an important means to promote health.In addition,in sports psychology,experiment about the influence of physical exercise on emotional state has been confirmed by the relevant research.Physical exercise can not only adjust the resistance and negative emotions but also enhance their positive energy.Therefore,in order to guide the students’ physical exercise well,this paper extracts the K sequence of pulse waveform in the pulse of human physiological signals to analysis of impromptu dash on the emotion regulation benefits.At the same time,combined with the analysis of the scale,it is fully demonstrated that exercise has a certain role in the regulation of emotion.This paper studied physiological and psychological changes of two different subjects with negative images(sports subjects,lazy type subjects)in the experimental group(with impromptu dash)and control group(no impromptu dash)situation.According to the POMS score of subjects in the two experiment situation,we calculated their total of motional disturb(TMD).Analyzed by T test,it is found that TMD for two different subjects in the context of impromptu dash was significantly lower than that in the absence of impromptu situations.And the TMD of motion type subjects was lower than lazy type subjects in the situations of improvisation and absence of impromptu.The steps that K sequence of pulse waveform is used to demonstrate Impromptu dash regulates negative emotion as follows: firstly,the pulse wave was denoised and positioned the peaks and valleys;secondly,extract the K sequence of pulse waveform,remove baseline differences and eliminate extreme data of K sequence of pulse waveform;then,extract linear feature,nonlinear features and moment features of K sequence of pulse waveform;subsequently,selecting the optimal feature subset;finally,according to the same change tendency of the same characteristic values for the subjects of the exercise type and the lazy type in two different experimental situations,so as to find out the relationship between the eigenvalue variation and emotion regulation efficiency.The main findings of this study are as follows:(1)The analysis of the K sequence of pulse waveform showed that the maximum,mean and moment characteristics were very well differentiated from the experimental group and the control group(2)In the experimental situation of impromptu dash,by comparing negative emotion regulation benefit between sports and lazy subjects,it shows that total of motional disturb of negative images stress for motor type subjects is lower than lazy subjects,the results show that the exercise subjects are better than the lazy ones in the regulation of negative emotion.(3)In the experimental situation of non-impromptu dash,by comparing negative emotion regulation benefit between sports and lazy subjects,it shows that total of motional disturb of negative images stress for motor type subjects is lower than lazy subjects,the results show that the exercise subjects are better than the lazy ones in the regulation of negative emotion.According to the analysis of this research,the final conclusion is: K sequence of pulse waveform can be a very good study for emotion regulation benefits after impromptu dash.And it also indicated that physical exercise has a positive role to regulate mood. |
