Modular training is also called one-time training.,which is basic constitution and time unit of training.The quality of modular training has a direct influence to the process of whole training.Thus, the application and research of physiological and biochemical indicators of modular training is the important part of training monitoring system. Now,research of physiological and biochemical indicators is mainly about physical fitness like boating,swimming,biking, etc. On the contrast, there are few relative research on ball game training and least on badminton.According to the practical condition,this research is to detect the physiological and biochemical indicators of the modular training of hubei excellent badminton athletes and try to evaluate training effect.In this study, male and female elite athletes in Hubei badminton team all three human subjects, before and after the athletes before and after a normal training session and a three-week training cycle collected blood hemoglobin, serum creatine kinase, blood urea nitrogen, blood lactate and other indicators were detected and analyzed. The results show that in this experiment the index can reflect the load intensity, the amount of training,functional status badminton athletes training arrangements. Changes in the index have a greater individual differences, this training session for athletes to stimulate the body to produce a clear and relative intensity of training female athletes than male athletes. |
