A Comparative Study On The Substitution Characteristics Between China And The Main Competiors In 2015-2016 World Women’s Volleyball Competition

As the rapid development of the sports industry,driven by the rapid development of volleyball,in the middle,high level of competitive volleyball level is also greatly improved,12 people volleyball thinking more and more attention to the coach.According to the rotation rule of volleyball match and the features of athletics ability for fixed position,weak rotation and strong rotation exist in match.Even worse,there will be stuck-rotation in the competition of high-level teams.All these show that great importance should be attached to the on-the-spot deploy of coach.On the basis of Rio Olympic Games in 2016,we can find that different teams have different substitutions.In recent years,Chinese Women Volleyball Team members become taller and taller;meanwhile they have gradually changed their fast state tactics system into stressing powerful main attack and support.Coach plays an increasingly important role through substitution.Chinese team,which all the 12 team members played in the match,won the championship in Rio Olympic Games.The research of substitution effect in CNKI is few.And this essay uses the methods of literature research,expert interviews,video observation,contrastive analysis and mathematical statistics,to analyze data for 105 matches including the characteristics of score during substitution,fixed position,team tactics,and effect.The data analysis focuses on all the three world women volleyball championship between 2015 and 2016,which contains sports team of China,America,Brazil,Serbia,Netherlands,Japan,South Korea,and Russia.Based on the extensive data analysis from the perspective of quantization,we can know the difference of substitution timing,tactic feature,and substitution effect in high level volleyball matches.The following conclusions:(1)According to the substitutions of three world championships of eight teams,in the period of 11-20 score,the score rate the substitution rate and effect are all the highest.Coach should use substitution tactics to adjust the tempo in the 11-20 score period.(2)The main substitutions in 2015-2016 world championship are two for three substitution,attacking substitution and substitution of first passer.(3)The United States and Russia,the Chinese team according to the score in the use of the most backward,the US team in the lead when using the most,the Russian team only in the anti-side one or two tactical situation Use one round.(4)Serve to replace the use of defensive ability to serve the players have the characteristics of the team to replace the frigate immediately scoring rate,the effect is good.(5)Substitution method of two for three in Chinese team and American team,and attacking substitution in Serbian team lead to the highest substitution rate and instant scoring rate.All these indicate that the substitution effect of the three teams is the best.(6)Regarding to the substitutions of three world championships of eight teams,attacking and two for three substitution work best during the behind period in 11-20 score;the substitution effect of first passer is the best during the leading stage in 11-20 score.
