China's social and economic development has entered a new normal state,the pressure of economic development has been increasing,the employment uncertainty factor has been increased,the overall market demand has been reduced,the employment structure contradiction has become more prominent,and the employment situation of the undergraduate graduates of sports dance is also not optimistic.In the face of severe employment situation,the state strongly supports and encourages college students to start their own businesses,and sports dance undergraduates graduate students during the school by the entrepreneurial education and innovation and entrepreneurship training,have a certain theoretical basis;sports dance as a skill application course,Practical ability.Therefore,sports dance graduates can combine employment and entrepreneurship,give full play to their ability to start employment to promote employment.Due to the professional characteristics of sports dance,in the entrepreneurial content to the main sports dance training,in the choice of business model on the use of independent business model.In this paper,the use of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other survey methods,drawing on the integration of Robert J.Calvin "entrepreneurial management",Zhu Yonghua and others "college students entrepreneurial model analysis" and other management theory,combined with sports dance professional characteristics,Based on the new employment situation,this paper studies the self-management mode of undergraduates majoring in sports dance from the aspects of organization type,start-up capital,promotion and promotion,competition strategy and business objective,and draws the following conclusions:1.Sports dance independent business model of the type of business to the cultural non-governmental non-enterprise and sports private non-enterprise-based;start capital of 50,000 yuan in the following 10%,5 to 10 million ratio of 26.7% 20 million accounted for 46.7%,20 million or more accounted for 16.7%;90% of the sports dance independent business model funds from relatives and friends borrowed and own funds;Publicity single page,mobile platform in the promotion of the use rate of 100%.2.Sports dance professional undergraduate graduates operating mode of business registration type is not perfect,the name is not standardized;simple source of funds,a single financing channels.3.Sports dance professional undergraduate graduatesself-management model is inadequate,but can be improved through the corresponding measures and means.4.Sports dance professional graduates self-management model to integrate sports dance professional and graduate characteristics,to solve the employment,it is worth reference.It is proved that the independent business model of sports dance is worthy of reference,and the following strategies are used: 1.Registration according to law,reasonable and legitimate business;broaden the financing channel and increase the source of funds.2.Schools and governments should be more ways to strengthen entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship policy investment and implementation.3.Sports dance graduates continue to improve their own level.4.Entrepreneurs should participate in the activities of entrepreneurs in the same industry,give full attention to new media and new changes,to find their own business model for independent business.
