Objective:1.The target of experiment is to explore the status of the former graduate job seekers' career adaptability.2.The target of experiment is to explore the job-hunting's result of the former graduate job seekers.3.The purpose of research is to explore the effect of career adaptability on the job result.Methods:1.Career Adaptability Status' ResearchQuestionnaire survey method: we will use the "career adaptability scale" to survey the 300 job seekers have already selected,analyzing and discussing the career adaptability's status of the young former graduates' job seekers.2.Tracking SurveyWe will use the "occupation satisfaction scale" to survey the 100 job seekers of tracking research,and make quantitative analysis on the difference of the job success rate and the occupation satisfaction level between the Career adaptability score higher group and the lower group of.3.Qualitative ResearchSelect 16 people from the tracking survey to qualitative interviews.To explore the impact of career adaptability on the feelings of entry work.Transcribed interviews after the end of the recording data for the transcript,adopting the method of grounded theory,to encode and analysze data,eventually forming theory.Results:1.Career Adaptability Status' ResearchThe career adaptability score of the young former graduates job seekers,in Chengyang District of Qingdao,was 76.29 + 1.59,and the average of the scores was3.18,and the overall score was in the general level.Career adaptability score wasn't significantly different in educational degree,and it was significantly different in gender,age,marital status,work experience,and working property.Career adaptability score of female job seekers was significantly higher than males job seekers'(t=-9.353,P<0.001).With the increasing of age,the career adaptability of job seekers changed significantly(F=59.34,P<0.001).Career adaptability score of married job seekers was significantly higher than the single job seekers'(t=-5.998,P<0.001).With the increase of the work experience,the career adaptability of job seekers changed significantly(F=42.11,P<0.001),and the job seekers of the longer working life had higher career adaptability score(F=8.28,P<0.001).With the increase of the frequency of Job-hunting,career adaptability had significant change.Higher the career adaptability score of the Job seekers was,fewer the frequency of Job-hunting was.Job seekers who have management experience had higher significant career adaptability than those without management work experience(F=35.94,P<0.001).2.Tracking SurveyThe results showed that the entry success rate was 76.92%,occupation satisfaction score was 16.56 ± 0.50,the average of the scores was 3.31,the overall score was in the general level.The group comparison shows that the job success rate and the occupation satisfaction of the higher career adaptability score group were significantly higher than the lower group(F=7.44,P<0.01;F=659.65,P<0.001).3.Qualitative ResearchOpen Coding have 17 concept;Axial Coding get 9 pairs of category,2 main categories;Selective Coding has two core category.Return to the original data analysis eventually get 2 grounded theory.Career adaptability affect the feelings of job seekers after entry work through the influence of cognition,planning and coping style.The correct career awareness,clear career planning and positive professionalcoping style can bring positive self feeling and good social relations experience.Conclusion:Former graduates job seekers' job-hunting effect is associated with career adaptability significantly.Cultivating and improving college students' career adaptability can effectively improve graduates employment rate and job satisfaction,so as to help more graduates to have a stable employment.
