In the period of graduates since the expansion of university enrollment, many graduates enter into the labor market. The expansion of university enrollment is helpful in enhancing the advanced educational opportunity of Chinese people, but it also increases labor supply and makes a burden of the employment. At present, with china's entry into WTO and the deepening reform, the unstable factors are increased and the contradiction between supply and demand in the Chinese labor market is severely unprecedented. Based on the present situation, the problem of graduates' jobs seeking has now attracted more attention by the public. Now the situation of graduates' employment is good, but there are still problems in job seeking of college graduates .So I choose the problems of graduates' jobs seeking as my research. This thesis deeply and systematically examines problems on job seeking of graduates by using the research method of literature review, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and deep interview. The conclusions drawn from the research are as follows. There are some problems in college graduates' jobs seeking: Some employers place rational or unfair restrictions to graduates, graduates have to face much pressure of job seeking. The employment expectation of graduates doesn't accord with the real demand. The communication between graduates and employers is not efficient. These problems arise from many factors. I think that we can solve problems of graduates' employment by efforts of government, employers, graduates and colleges.Graduates are valuable human resources in China, so we should pay more attention to problems of graduates' employment and make some efforts to solve their difficulties. So that graduates can play an important role in the development of china.
