The study of ethnic problems is an important research topic in modern ethnology.Under the background of economic globalization,the exchanges between ethnic groups are very frequent,whether ethnic relations are harmonious,whether the group can be healthy and stable communication,cooperation has become an important part of the study of ethnic issues.Located in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Hunchun City,not only the China’s Korean ethnic groups,but also the focus of national planning and international cooperation demonstration area.Here,a large number of enterprises not only hired Chinese Han Chinese employees,Chinese Korean workers there are many North Korean employees and employees from Russia and other countries.The Hunchun Branch of DC company construct factory in Hunchun is no exception.So,in the Hunchun Branch of DC company,not only the Han nationality staff,the China’s Korean nationality workers,as well as the North Korean employees.This paper investigates the employees of all ethnic groups working in the Hunchun Branch of DC,we can see the problems of the patterns and the mutual attitudes between the three ethnic groups.The same is the Chinese people,but the traditional habits of the Han nationality and the China’s Korean nationality are different;also said that the Korean language,but the China’s Korean nationality and the North Korean use the different language,tone,and even different traditional festivals,living habits,etc.Even if they are in the Hunchun Branch of DC company this small circle,because of the division of labor,different positions,they look at things from different angles.This article through the investigation of these three groups found that the Han nationality employees in the company’s position is relatively high,belonging to the management level;the China’s Korean employees in the company’s status belongs to the middle of the transition bridge;the North Korean employees in the company’s position is relatively low,belong to the managed level.Three ethnic groups in the daily communication process,is not free,but has a strict system of management,especially between the Han ethnic groups and the Korean ethnic groups is basically limited to the work.Of course,the intercourse between the groups or will inevitably have a small friction,a small quarrel,but will not rise to the national contradictions,the severity of national conflicts,which is between the ethnic groups is relatively healthy and rational.Even so,we still have to see some of the problems in it,in order to make the exchanges between the ethnic groups more harmonious and more friendly,the government,enterprises and the people themselves have to work hard,together for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the struggle of the Chinese dream.
