Research On The Present Situation Of Practical Teaching Of Social Sports Guidance And Management Professionals In Hunan Province

Social sports guidance and management professional to cultivate in the sports enterprises and institutions,sports social groups,sports clubs and other organizations and leadership,sports management and management,training and guidance,analysis and evaluation of the application of talent as the goal,the professional Of the students not only need to master the professional theoretical knowledge,but also need to combine theory and practice,the study of the theoretical knowledge applied to social practice,through a special training of social sports,and earnestly grasp the basic needs of the community Such as organizing and managing public sports activities,counseling and guidance of public fitness related knowledge,business development and teaching and research and other aspects of the basic ability.The demand for sports talents is more and more specialized,and the practical ability is strong,which puts forward higher requirements for the practice teaching system of colleges and universities.This paper investigates the practical teaching of the school of social sports guidance and management in 9 colleges and universities in Hunan province by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The results show that: 1,Hunan Province,social sports guidance and management professional is still in the initial exploration stage,most of the school school later;2,the school professional training target positioning more general,the lack of a certain degree of relevance and representation;3,professional practice teaching organization and content of a relatively single;practice teaching links set similar,practical teaching links set the proportion of large differences;4,social sports guidance and management of professional teachers shortage,colleges and universities on the practice of teaching links school funding support is not enough.Suggest: 1,Hunan Province,set up social sports guidance and management of colleges and universities as a relatively late start,should strengthen the exchange and learning between colleges and universities to shorten the time to explore themselves;2 Hunan Province,social sports guidance and management professional training objectives should be specific,the backbone of the subject should be targeted and representative.Knowledge and skills must be based on the ability to develop and carry out,so targeted,highlight the focus and practical results;3,Hunan Province,socialsports guidance and management should carry out a wide range of organizational forms and content,practice teaching links should reflect the characteristics of their own schools to expand the proportion of credits in practice teaching,teachers and students to strengthen the emphasis on practical teaching;4,to carry out social sports guidance and management of professional teachers within the training,and regularly invited experts to exchange,pointing.Government agencies should increase the capital investment,so that school leaders pay more attention to the training of social sports professionals,schools and enterprises to build a platform to promote students to better employment.
