Research On The Cultivation Of Talents Of Social Sports Guidance And Management(Undergraduate) Under The Guidance Of Social Demand

The establishment of the major of Social Sports Guidance and management is mainly adapted to the development of China's social sports industry and listed in the catalogue of undergraduate majors by the Ministry of Education,in the face of people's increasing demand for fitness service,the guidance and management of social sports bear the heavy burden of carrying out and promoting the national fitness program.However,due to the short time,rapid development and large-scale expansion,social sports guidance and management professionals are not satisfied with the results.In order to understand the gap between social sports guidance and management professionals and school personnel training,and to analyze the problems in the training process of social sports professionals,to explore the contradiction between supply and demand of Social Sports Guidance and Management Talents,this paper explores the social adaptability of Social Sports Guidance and management talents from different types of universities.By using the methods of expert interview,questionnaire and Literature Review,nine colleges and universities with Social Sports Guidance and management specialty were selected.This paper summarizes the research on the development of social sports and the training goal,curriculum and employment of the students.This paper makes an analysis and investigation on the training objectives,training standards,curriculum setting and students teaching practice in the training of social sports talents in China.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis and discussion of the problems existing in the cultivation of the students:(1)the training objectives,training specifications and requirements,and the courses offered in the major of community sports in each university are in line with the National Training Standards;In the establishment of the training program shows a refined development,in the training mode,but also more and more emphasis on practical teaching.(2)in terms of courses,in addition to the courses required by the Ministry of Education,schools try to set up "social hot majors",specialties with school characteristics,etc.to meet the needs of the development of society,in some of the schools inspected,the proportion of elective courses was increased to meet the diverse needs of students.(3)in the aspect of employment,with the rapid development of social economy,the requirement of the ability of the graduates is higher and higher.But the weak sense of employment still exists,and some students are too ambitious and too weak to work in the small and medium enterprises and have no plan for their career.(4)in the aspect of practical ability education,the development of practical ability of the school to the students is in the direction of the joint cultivation of school and enterprise.The student's internship education system needs to be strengthened and standardized.(5)some students are weak in the cultivation of personal ability,and tend to take part-time jobs in practical activities,ignoring the practical activities in schools.According to the research results,some suggestions are put forward: to improve the training goal,to reform the curriculum,to strengthen the employment guidance for students,to strengthen the construction of teaching infrastructure;The students should establish self-ability,train consciousness and make clear career goal,improve employment ability,lay stress on their own professional ability and develop their practical ability.
